Delays. Evasive communication.
The website said the pre order would ship at the beginning of December (for Christmas) and if delayed a refund would be offered. The shop app tracking said it was being processed, then it said shipped, then it said awaiting data, then back to being processed. I enquired with customer service a month after the order and said if it still hasn't shipped i.want them to honor their website communication and give me a refund. They answered quickly (which was good), explaining that it still hadn't shipped and just ignored my request for a refund, thanking me for my patience. Frustrating. They directed me to expected delivery dates that they had changed since my order, as if that validated the delay. Update: 2 weeks and 2 emails later, they gave me a full refund. So that's something and got them a star back. A shame, my daughter loves these toys and the Dandy's World game. Amazon is saturated by copies of these toys and we try and support the developer by paying more, plus shipping and import taxes, but they drop the ball on their customer service communication, expectation management and supply organisation. Feels very amature.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed - order two gourdy plushes in October (as Christmas gifts for my children) as delivery stated for beginning of December. Delivery times all pushed back and no response from customer service.
