Dear Fellow Consumers, I purchased three bras from DanyBloom, but unfortunately, they were too large. I emailed customer service to inquire about a return and received no response for two days. I followed up again and still heard nothing.
After six days, I advised that I would be leaving a negative review, and I received a response almost immediately. I was instructed to provide photos of the shipping envelope, label, and products in their original packaging, which I did promptly.
It has now been two weeks since I submitted the requested information, and I have received no further response despite additional follow-up emails.
DanyBloom advertises a 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and states that customer satisfaction is a priority. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected that commitment.
Based on my experience, I would encourage potential customers to carefully consider their purchase and be aware that obtaining customer service or processing a return will be challenging. Mine is still unresolved.
