Update After Company Response
I’m leaving an updated review because the company responded to my previous review in a way that suggests this issue was resolved and implies fault on my end. That is not accurate.
I purchased multiple dispute letter templates in 2023. The delivery method provided at the time was not downloadable PDFs, despite what the company is now claiming. I was sent a Google Drive folder link, not individual files. From the beginning, that Google Drive folder had restricted permissions—downloads were disabled. The only thing I was able to do was view the content and copy/paste the text, on top of the fact that I never used all of them so I do not have copies on all of the letters that I purchased. I want access to the master copies that I purchased.
I never had the ability to download or save the files locally.
I maintained access to that same restricted Google Drive folder for nearly three years, using the same email tied to my purchase. I was never informed that access was temporary, time-limited, or subject to removal and it was not listed in the product description otherwise I would’ve insured that I downloaded the letters that I purchased but access was revoked without notice.
When I contacted customer service, I clearly explained:
• The materials were delivered via a Google Drive folder
• Downloads were restricted from the start
• I never received downloadable PDFs
• Access had been granted for years
Customer service did respond, but instead of addressing the actual issue or reviewing the original delivery method, they simply cited internal “policy” and denied access—without restoring the files or providing the materials I paid for.
Their response claims the materials were “downloadable,” yet they have not addressed the fact that:
• A Google Drive folder does not = downloadable file delivery
• Permissions were controlled entirely by them
• No downloadable PDFs were ever provided
This is not a resolution. Shifting blame onto the customer does not change how the materials were delivered or the fact that access was revoked to content I paid for.
I would not recommend purchasing digital products from this company unless you are prepared to lose access later with no remedy, regardless of how the content was originally provided.
Proceed with caution.

But he teaching the people to take creditor to court. Please dont get fooled by his accent .
