Great chocolate, great service
I bought hot chocolate and some chocolate bars from Darkroom, and this is seriously good quality stuff! Can highly recommend, the tasting notes they suggest are pretty accurate descriptions if you want guidance on what to choose (tbh I usually get a selection of as many as I can).
I also want to mention how hard Natalie worked to track down a lost parcel when the delivery company went rogue, above and beyond service.

A truly refined chocolate-tasting experience. I purchased all of their 70% and 80% bars and enjoy a small piece with my coffee from time to time. Each new bar feels like a journey through flavours, remarkably well-balanced and genuinely memorable. What I especially appreciate is their transparent commitment to fair trade with no empty slogans, just honest craftsmanship and integrity.

I love this business!
I love this business, the products are fantastic and the couple that run it are always friendly no matter how busy they are. They went above and beyond too, delivering my order by hand on the day I made it. I live locally and had offered to come in and pick it up. Natalie delivered to my door. You have to try their giant cookies I am addicted!

Big fan! I've been looking for good quality flakes for ages and have finally found the taste I like. Love that they're a small, local business. I've been telling all the other hot chocolate lovers in my family about them. And the bat logo is a big bonus for me too!
