No further contact no return calls and avoidance of messages. When I eventually contacted the actual agent I met, excuses and new promises which again never materialised. Simply don't have the honesty to tell you the truth. Simple as that. 1 star is too much don't bother.

Why bother when they don’t….
I have been trying to contact the Tonypandy branch with regards a property I am interested in buying.
I have spoken to their central number, I’ve used their online ‘BOT’ option to try to speak to someone, all to no avail.
Whoever has their property listed with this branch, I would suggest engaging a company that 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 communicates with potential buyers. This company is rubbish with callbacks.
