Darren Bywater Dental Care Avis 20

I had to experience periodontal treatment and whilst I appreciate the company recommended it for the second time in 7 years.. today I felt very upset. I am truly confident Rajan is extremely experienced in this field but I do feel very neglected when it came to customer care or any bedside manner. My experience whilst I was expecting it to be way less than pleasant … I was left feeling completely overwhelmed and almost brought to tears as I left the practice .. as no one showed any care or consideration towards what I had to
endure !!! This is not great when you are paying a fortune for private care and wish to preserve your teeth

I have recently had two old metal fillings removed, these have been replaced by mini crowns.
Once again I can only offer the highest praise to Dr. Gurwinder Thind and his team. They are always calm, professional and explain exactly what the procedure entails and the outcome.
His work is exceptional, my teeth feel completely natural.
I would definitely recommend this dental practice. From the warm welcome recieved at reception, through to the work carried out by the experienced dentist, a first class service, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Darren Bywater was recommended to me by my regular dentist as I was in need of a couple of implants. From start to finish Darren and his staff especially Hollie were very reassuring and kind.

I put off treatment for a tooth that required a filling, as I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, as many people aren't. I had my filling done with Dr Greer who made it as comfortable as possible and was extremely patient with my moaning. Due to making it a challenge, I had to go for a slight adjustment, which was again handled extremely professionally. Very much appreciate the patience and understanding, along with doing a very good job with the required filling.

I was referred to this practice by my regular nhs dentist who was unwilling to continue working on a problematic molar she could not fit a crown on. I saw Sunny at this practice who after a thorough check talked me through his recommendation for treatment . The service was exemplary with absolutely no pain . After a horrible experience with this reactive tooth previously I can’t say enough about how different this experience was . Very , very pleased with the results and the whole experience!

there is an assistant works here who gags while you have your treatment, simply unacceptable and unprofessional

I was very nervous having to have my first extraction ever! I was very quickly put at ease by my dentist and dental nurse. They were friendly and professional. I’m very impressed with everyone I’ve come into contact with at this surgery.

Thanks for your reply as it’s very important that any disputes are settled amicably.

If you look at the invoice it doesn’t have an invoice number so it can’t be uniquely identified when your auditors pop round.

The receipt has a unique number but it does not correspond with any invoices from your practice. You have just provided me with an invoice (without a number) so I’m baffled as to how you’ve managed to generate a receipt without an official invoice that can be uniquely identified with a number.

I’m quite confident that your auditors and accountants won’t be happy with your practice ‘cooking up’ the books.

Whatever happened to integrity, professionalism and accountability at every level of the dental profession.

Trust between dentist and patient is earned, but your practice has failed to earn my trust !

Could not recommend darren enough,just had the 6 in 1 inplants,was a long process as had to have 8 teeth removed and a bone graph,but was worth it in the end,darren made me feel very at ease and the nurses too,he's very experienced at what he does,thankyou to all at darren bywater surgery,I can smile withe confidence.

I’ve just returned home from what I can only describe as an astonishingly good experience at Darren Bywater Dental Care. From start to finish I felt as though all of my needs and questions were met and answered proactively. They’ve put an immense amount of work into their processes and their communications skills are … well … simply astonishing. Very professional and friendly and I have every confidence that my new dental implant will work out as planned. If you get a chance you should try this practice out.

A helpful receptionist, excellent dentist who was also very helpful & has good communication skills, also a great dental nurse. An overall better experience than I expected. I was nervous when I arrived, but I was put at ease throughout my visit.

My husband and I have both been treated recently here for dentures and considering the cost I really expected better, the quality and fit are very basic and I have no doubt that we could have received better from the NHS. Lesson learnt money doesn’t always = quality and satisfaction.I appreciate your reply however I feel that my opinion and review are justified, I didn’t come for my review because I don’t think that my wishes and opinion were taken into consideration, I feel really let down and the whole experience has seen me in tears on many occasions. I really feel that returning now would be throwing good money after bad.

Amazing dental treatment. I just can't believe what has been achieved over a series of dental treatments. The last was the fitting of an 'emax onlay' (crown) to a very damaged and quite awful tooth. The result is perfect, it's like I have my tooth backI Can't tell the difference between that and others- colour size and fit is perfect. So very pleased with the result.
Sunny the dentist is just lovely and sooo very good at what he does.
Not cheap, but then the amount of work, specialism and care, and the end result is well worth it. I'm very happy. Thank you to all at DB
