Our Maglev 5kW 48V turbines are always shipped according to the voltage specified in the customer’s order. Each unit is tested at the factory and matched with its corresponding 48V MPPT controller. If the turbine is only outputting 12V in strong winds, this may indicate:
*A wiring or connection mismatch (DC polarity or controller input settings).
*Incorrect controller programming for the 48V battery bank.
According to Dartello Ltd’s warranty and support policy, we ask all customers who face performance issues to share with us:
*Order number and invoice copy.
*Photos/videos of the turbine and controller installation.
*Controller settings currently in use.
Once we have these details, our technical team can quickly determine whether this is a configuration issue or if you may have received a mismatched product.
