My first order from this company and probably last. Bought the £60 mystery box with guaranteed £90 worth of goods. The darts inside are on sale £31.00 through darts corner. Emailed and no reply. Phones customer service and given a blunt answer from a female who don’t seem to care. Just said return the box. Didn’t want to listen. Wish I’d read on here first to see how bad the customer service is.

Ordered a set of spinning stems, champagne rings and L style kami flights. They chucked in 4 sets of free flights so thank you very much! Also the order arrived next day so i could play with my new bits straight away. Thank you Dartcorner i will be buying from you again!

Good company with plenty of interaction throughout , great loyalty scheme but limited choice of brands

Ordered Dartboard bundle on the 09/02/26
Received order on the 11/02/26. Upon unpacking I discovered one full set of darts were broken so I immediately contacted the seller who sent out replacement shafts and a tool to remove the broken shafts.
Whilst waiting for the replacement bits another dart broke after a couple of throws.
Having received the replacement shafts and tool I attempted to remove the broken shafts. Due to the fact the original shafts had been forced into the barrels I was only able to remove two of the broken shafts.
I then attempted to marry up the new replacement shafts to the barrels, unfortunately they just would not marry up.
I re contacted the seller and explained at length the issue, only to be accused of cross threading the shafts and barrels. I pointed out that the items arrived defective.
When I raised the issue of contacting my credit card company the seller said they had reported me to the bank for merely questioning them.
I have now commenced a dispute regarding my purchase with my credit card company and will post the update in due course.

Personalized dart shafts and good customer support. The Shop app that I used to pay had my older address on it. The customer supported Darts corner fix this so the Darts came to the correct location thanks guys.

They sell nice stuff, unfortunately it seems that they no longer want us based customers.
The uk site has better pricing, more options and features that US customers don’t get.
I’ve been buying from this company for a long time and hope that they figure out a way to better serve us customers

The surround came as a kit, with the dartboard, darts and the surround. This review is for the surround only and its not fit for purpose and would not recommend it.

This was the second product that does not meet expectations as the holdall bag for the stand the zip was broken.

Everything arrived as ordered with the board in immaculate condition and bullseye dead center with no miss alignment

They are my go to supplier and always offer a great service with incredibly fast delivery. Much cheaper than other suppliers and if you can't get on with darts you ordered they will replace or refund you as long as the product is in the same condition. Still had Newcastle United dart flights on sale and my darts partener wanted so more personolised dart flights, speedy delivery and a great price.

If i could give zero stars i would, i ordered 2 items which never turned up. I then tried for a week to find out what had happened but the customer service was appalling, no explanation, no apology, no help. I just hope i can get my money back. Absolute rubbish
