Dasilia Blanket Avis 18

I ordered a blanket in January 2024, I have yet to receive it. I have emailed the company about five times asking where my order is and I have not gotten one response.

I have not yet received the merchandise. You're asking for a review and sent an email saying that it shipped 14 days ago. I'm at a loss for words.

I was worried about online purchases at Xmas time, but you guys kept me informed when my item was completed, sent, and when it would arrive. I've NEVER felt so comfortable with an on-line purchase, or company before. I shared your site with my whole family, and a few close friends...I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income, so it was comforting to have such care involved with my prices! Thank you guys for such an amazing product, price points, on-time shipping and receiving, and courtesy. 5 Stars well deserved. Thank you all.

Our granddaughter loved her blanket. It was the perfect Christmas gift. We chose the sherpa blanket & it is beautiful. This was our first time ordering from Dasilia & wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.

It was everything I hoped for my wife really loved it it was a memorial for our dog Hera thank you very much

The time frame to produce and ship my blanket fit perfectly into the schedule i was given at checkout. The materials and stitching are signs of a company that takes pride in what they offer to the customer.

I would suggest that you use one of the better known tracking systems (such as: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. ) As the Mail Man delivered the package before tracking recognized it was in their possession. It was delivered if anything earlier than expected. In Dasilias defense I did not download the specific tracker that they use.

Cheaply made for the money I paid. Did not arrived on time. Was supposed to arrived 5 days before Christmas. Was delivered day after Christmas

I never received my package. According to the tracking number it started out, went through Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky then there was a service disruption and it was supposedly returned to sender. I will never again order from this company and will advise anyone I know to not order from here either. Very disappointed!!!!!

The description was a little misleading. I thought I was getting a PLUSH blanket with fleece on one side and the printed design on the other. The design is quite lovely but it is little more than a throw blanket. For that price, I expected more.

My Order went very wrong it wasn't what I ordered and basically I ordered item with Sherpa backing and I got fleece I emailed you guys and sent pictures and your response was that's what I ordered so basically you took my money of $60.95 and did not return my money for wrong item so I will not order from you again oh by the way it was a very important Christmas gift

The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because I never received an email being able to track where it was.

Was worried about receiving product. Never received a message to say it was shipped and on its way. It took 3 weeks to get here and had said 7 to 10 days.

The blanket was perfect and the delivery was earlier than expected.

I ordered a jeep throw for my son in law other that initial receipt has no delivery information. After contacting 3 times I got a your package is on the way. When a package did arrive it didn't contain jeep blanket I order but a smaller dog one. I sent message telling that and have not heard back. Not happy with experience. Tina Courcy
