ACE Data Recovery has very transparent written quotes and when my hard drive was more damaged physically then initially estimated, they prorated down the final cost according to the usefulness to me of the data recovery. Very professional company with great personnel and great customer service that really cares about customer satisfaction!

These were not just any files, they were precious photos of my daughter and dog that I spent years collecting and that mean the world to me. ACE was my only hope. I wish I could give 0 stars. I called in looking for advice on my server that crashed and was treated with horrible customer service. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with this company. They are hands down the most rude employees / owners I've ever had the dis privilege of working with. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They seem to be an very small shotty data recovery company that probably practices data recovery at best.
