Been working with Dava for about 4 months and I can say I have had an enjoyable experience. Very good at communication which makes getting videos out on time much easier. Flexible when needed and easy to work with overall. I post on Mondays so the only thing that is a negative for me is the team is out of office on Satudays and Sundays which makes it a little harder with getting videos ready.

Thumbnails are THE most important part of getting someone to click on your YouTube video, so you really need to be using someone who knows what works best!
