During the installation my light sconce had dropped from the ladder and broke. Being extremely upset I contacted Dazuma and without hesitation they expedited the broken light within a day, amazing!

Ive ordered multiple pieces from dazuma company and everything worked accordingly. There packaging is very nice and secure. Thanks and would recommend them for lighting.

This company is outstanding in all aspects. They are very helpful and willing to work with you. Customer service is their top priority. They have gone the extra mile in designs and products are made of top quality materials. Being products are imported, it is worth any wait time for delivery. Everything was packaged well and I received it in perfect condition. I will only but my lighting through this company.

Great Customer Care

I purchased a motion activated closet light and it is fabulous. When a charging problem occurred I emailed the company and got an immediate response, and a new light! Wonderful company!

This company beware they put stuff…

This company beware they put stuff online that they look amazing but went I get to your house is another crap from china that do not work or is all broken. And you call them and you have to wait weeks to get orders in please beware. Do not buy anything from Dazuma light. And another thing I order this on April 2025 and we got the stuff on September 2025 and went you pay thru PayPal they take that long so you won't be able to do a claim

Great customer service

Sept 2025. I had an issue with burned LED bulbs. After sending pics, Nagog the customer service specialist with Dazuma did an outstanding job to expedite the replacements. That's what I call efficiency. Thank you

I’ve only just placed an order

I’ve only just placed an order, so the rating is based solely on that, but so far I’m very pleased with the experience.

I was looking for a specific product with specific features. I found the product on the website but after purchasing the same product somewhere else only to find the feature I needed didn’t exist when I received the product, I decided to contact support before purchasing to confirm.

I got a very quick response to my question and a link to the product I wanted with the specific feature and a note confirming the feature did exist.

I have just placed and order for the product and the process online to order was smooth and easy.

I’m eager to receive the product and will be glad to post a follow-up review regarding the rest of my purchase experience at Dazuma

Zero Stars

Horrible product and a customer service team that I found very challenging to work with. Definitely not worth the headache, hassle and expense to ultimately end up with poorly made, cheap fixtures.

I would advise against buying from this company at all costs.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Sept 3-Previous Review: Great selection and pricing. Anxious to get our lamp. Hopefully the color will work but exchanges seem easy!

Sept 25-New Review:
BOY WERE WE WRONG!!!
Received our lamp. Unfortunately, the color (orange) was not the same as the color shown on website photos. So we inquired about EXCHANGING for another color. This is the response we received:

“ Dear customer,
Thank you for purchasing our product. Thank you so much for your order and support. Since there is no quality issue with the lamp, we are unable to cover the return shipping cost.
As an alternative, if you keep the orange lamp, we’d be happy to offer you a 45% discount on the "Coffee" color one you mentioned. This means you only need to pay an additional $74.20 (calculated as $134.99 × 0.55).”

Keep the one color we didn’t want (no refund, no credit toward another color and then pay additional for another color???
Why would anyone agree to this?

BUYER BEWARE. Don’t waste your time and $$$. Other sites have the same product.

Great Light fixtures!

I needed a light fixture for my entrance hall. Google searched and the best looking one was on Dazuma.com The purchase was smooth and easy and came with free delivery, too!

wrong instructions

I was not told that there is a hole on the surface. By inserting a screwdriver, the switch will be on. I was told that the light will automatically turn on after enough exposure to the sun. So, for more than 10 days, we could not light the lamp.
