During the installation my light sconce had dropped from the ladder and broke. Being extremely upset I contacted Dazuma and without hesitation they expedited the broken light within a day, amazing!

Ive ordered multiple pieces from dazuma company and everything worked accordingly. There packaging is very nice and secure. Thanks and would recommend them for lighting.

Terrible Quality

Was shipped with minimal packing material. 3 of 4 were damaged. The quality is less than you would expect from Walmart. Do not Buy!

Customer service reached out and refunded $100 on the $1500 order. They apologized, luckily the lights work and are high enough up that it is hard to see the dents. Needed them for grand opening, so had to use them or else I would have returned them. Changing to 3 stars since they did reply to my complaint.

Good lights

Dazuma has unique lighting options. The material seemed to be of good quality. Designs are sleek and easy to install.

I had to email to get wiring instructions, so it would be nice if more instructions were included in the package.

Amazing customer service

I can’t say enough about the customer service of this company. I had an issue with a client that no longer wanted what I purchased from. DAZUMA. I emailed this company and they walked me through the whole process in order for me to get my refund and within a few days I received a credit in my account. It was totally amazing how they answered everyone of my emails the next day.

What is the voltage on the post lights I bought with this order plz on BOTH the wall & the posts. Boxes were not ck'd to indicate thankz

Not so great

Bought 15 outdoor ligths. Shipping took a full month. After being installed 9 of them stopped working within a few months. They are good looking but quality is poor.
I tried to leave this same review on their website but they kept deleting it
