Absolutely great products, worth every penny. My 8 yr old american bully has arthritis in her back end and gets up so much better in the mornings since buying the memory foam bed. The water proof liners are great too, if the bed gets wet just pop all the covers in the wash and the foam under neath stays dry. Recently purchased the memory foam mattress for the lounge room and it’s great. Would highly recommend the memory foam beds for arthritic dogs, it has done my girl wonders. Good turn around times too, I’m in WA and didn’t wait long at all for the products to arrive.

Did my dog like the bed? No. But I thought it might take a while to grow on her. Did it grow on her? - no. She mainly used it to rub her nose on after walks which slowly but surely ripped apart the dog bed cover. For $159 for a bed cover I would expect far better quality. I decided to buy a couple of the throw over covers. They arrived and were far too big, I have to return and pay for the return myself. You would think they would have measurements for the covers and beds on their website but they don’t.
Honestly it’s just a rip off. My dog prefers her $80 bed from petbarn that she’s had for 4 years.

$850 order took 7 weeks to be dispatched. During this timeframe there was a significant lack of customer service with some emails not replied to and others after a week. The product itself is also disappointing with the zipped cover being extremely difficult to remove and is not waterproof, therefore making it unsuitable for patients, older pets and puppies. I had to reach out to customer service and they were fantastic I would highly recommend a bed from Dazy Dog. The washable covers hold up well also.

My 11 year old kelpie absolutely loves her new bed!
Perfectly supportive for her joints, and she sleeps so well in it. I bought her the large so she can stretch out (she’s not a curler) and the bolster height is perfect for her to rest on without straining her neck.
The choice of colours and fabrics was extensive. The delivery lead time was great, and the way they pack the beds is smart….it filled out immediately after opening it, whereas I’ve had other beds that took a week to take the shape.
The fact they have an elasticated slip cover is phenomenal….one is on the bed, while the other is being washed.
After spending too much money on bigger brand beds, that weren’t the right size, or the bolsters too high, I cannot recommend the Dazy Dog Bed highly enough.

This is a great product, which was delivered promptly. My 70 kg Great Dane is so comfy..it provides good support for him. I got the biggest size available.
The bed is of good quality with a removable washable cover.

I bought an XL Dog bed from a lady whose dog had just passed away prior to getting to use the new bed. The bed cover, protective sleeve and foam inserts were brand new, in perfect condition. After only a few months, when I went to wash the cover for the 2nd time I noticed there was mold on the foam inserts. The slip covers are quite thin, but the bed had only ever been used inside, so not sure how moisture or mold developed in such a short time. I contacted Dazy Dog to see if they would replace them, but as I did not have a reference number for the sale, they refused. Having spent a good deal of money on this bed, it is very disappointing that the company doesn’t stand by its product and give their customers the satisfaction of a quality, long lasting product. My poor senior dog was much more comfortable sleeping on his Dazy Dog bed, which now needs to go to landfill after only 5 months use. After sending through photos of the mold on an otherwise perfect foam and asking kindly for assistance, I have been ghosted. Dazy Dog doesn’t care about their customers.

We have brought 2 styles of beds from you our pug loves her day bed with us in the lounge room and we recently purchased a crate bed to we are so happy with the styles and colours. But most of all less snoring to. Thank you again

Have bought 3 beds from Dazy Dog to have them in different rooms for our two dogs. They are excellent quality and it's great being able to buy extra covers to suit your decor. Our big dog loves being able to nuzzle his head into the corners or hang off the side. Highly recommend as a comfy bed that's easy to clean.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I placed my order on 9 June, with an estimated dispatch date of 7 July. That date came and went without any update.

I had to follow up myself, and on 17 July I was told the delay was due to a higher-than-expected volume of orders and a warehouse relocation. I was also told they were “hopeful” my order would be dispatched the following week. That timeframe has now passed as well, and I still haven’t received a dispatch confirmation, tracking details or any clear indication of when my order will actually be sent.

What frustrated me most was the response I received. Rather than providing a firm dispatch date or taking any real ownership of the delay, the message basically came across as: keep waiting indefinitely or take a refund. I don’t want a refund. I want the order I paid for to be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays happen, but customers shouldn’t have to continually chase a business for basic updates after waiting this long. The lack of communication, vague timeframes and dismissive “wait or refund” approach have made the whole experience incredibly frustrating.

Think twice before ordering unless you’re prepared for a very long wait and little to no communication along the way.

Even tho we haven't as yet brought from this business we have been following for a while and the way they treat everyone and what they do to help rescues and others is what makes me want to support this small business...the next time my girls need a need bed they will be getting one of these ❤️❤️

I ordered a Dazy Dog bed on Monday over the phone. I spoke with someone in the store. I received the order on Wednesday two days later.

I had a few questions on what side to get my Labrador Retriever as I thought I was between sizes. Over the phone the team ran through my bed options and got me into the right size. I settled on the Large signature bed in brown boucle'.

10/10 for customer service. Would highly recommend.

I would give it a negative or at least a 0 if I could. A formal complaint has been made to ACCC. Please be warned that this company has no accountability. Dog bed purchased for $548 including cover made on 20th June. Got an email from Kirsty from customer service to say they can't use AustPost due to the bed size. So to send them my residential address. Which I did. Email back to say they have allegedly shipped the bed on 25th June with tracking information to follow. Never received it. This is delivery from NSW to VIC. After countless of calls and emails, each time the person who picks up the phone has no idea or clue that we have lodged an issue of missing order. Even though the email I got on 3rd July said they'll raise an 'investigation' with the warehouse. 9th July and 13th July, I emailed again as we have not heard anything. No reply. It's been 2 weeks. I'm very sure Dazy Bed is a scam. I'm demanding for a full refund but I am also sure they will not honour it. Do not buy from Dazy Bed

DO NOT BUY! The ACCC suggested I write a review here to advise future buyers. Dazy Dog are not currently delivering items to customers and they aren’t communicating. It is literally impossible to call them and get them to pick up their phone. The ACCC said they are putting a case together so it’s unlikely Dazy Dog will be in business for much longer. For anyone reading this, try and call them - I promise you they won’t answer. They do not have any products on hand and they do not ship items.

I'm very disappointed in the quality considering how expensive this bed is. I bought a medium round bed with the boucle cover. The boucle fabric looks ok from far but really thin you can literally see through it when held up. Not to mention it's deteriorated after washing. AND the water proof liner is so thin my finger nail went through it when I put the bed back together. Looked nice online but sadly really bad quality.
