The jewelry quality was great as was the price. The only reason for the low stars was the customer experience. I gave a lot of leniency twice waiting days past the given date before contacting customer service. Once I reached out the issue was resolved swiftly and respectfully. They even expedited (upgraded) my shipment but it was weeks overdue and I had to make first contact. Its my opinion the business should notify of delays before the customer reaches out.

I bought a $400 ring and I felt mislead by the picture. The sapphire in the photo was much higher clarity and looked nothing like the one I ended up with (which looked almost black). The engraving also seemed like a ripoff as you can barely read it because of how tiny it is. At the end of the day, it is still a very pretty ring, just not quite as stunning as the one they showed.

I absolutely love the white gold and diamond ankh pendant I received. It is so beautiful, well crafted and shines in any light. Nice silver chain was included as well.

I absolutely love this ring. It looks bigger on the website, but it's so sparkly and it's perfect. I didn't think that I would love the black diamond, but I do!!! It was shipped fast, I received it in just a few days of ordering it.

Two reasons why I gave this a 4 star rating...1. the actual size of stones are very, very small compared to website 2. The packaging was tighter than Fort Knox. I did cut myself trying to get in the packaging. It was shrink wrapped and then had zip ties around it. Sort of ridiculous!

Dazzling Rock created a beautiful aquamarine ring for my daughter's 21st birthday. They were great in answering all of my questions in a timely manner. Kevin worked with me on the right setting and center stone to find the right balance of size for my petite daughter's hand. Ring shipped before original ship date which was great. Quality, price and customer service make this company stand out. My daughter absolutely loved the ring when we gave it to her. I will definitely buy additional jewelry in the future.

I am very pleased with my wedding it is amazingly beautiful and I realized that I ordered the wrong size a week after I ordered it and they emailed me to let me know that it was a week in and that they may not be able to change the size but when I got it they was able to do it and it was the right size .I would recommend this company

I received the 14K 1.60 carat diamond ring guard and it is beautiful. It was so beautiful I couldn't believe the diamonds were real. I took it to a very trusting jeweler. They confirmed yes it was real and they were very impressed. I would recommend this company.

Stay Away!!! Stone fell out of ring after 1 day. Sent it back for repair and got the run around from them for over a month. Always saying maybe next week. Had to get Amazon to step in and get it returned. It's funny that after telling me maybe next week yet again after Amazon contacted them it was on it's way back in a couple days. Same stone fell out again a month later and had to get Amazon involved again to get my money back. Low quality jewelry with even worse customer service. Spend a little more money somewhere else. It will save you a lifetime of headaches.
