DCA for the win!

My family had an unexpected 8-hour delay in Italy, and the airline was beyond unhelpful — they thought a €15 food and drink voucher would be enough (it wasn’t). I had seen ads for DCA before and figured I could probably handle the claim myself.

But between travel chaos and everyday life, I just didn’t have the energy to fight with the airline.

Reaching out to DCA was the best decision. They were incredibly responsive, encouraging, and communicative, and I truly felt like they were rooting for me the entire time. This is what they do — and they do it very well.

When the compensation finally came through, I got a message that said, “We got the money today!!!” and I honestly think they were just as excited as I was.

Even though this was a brand new airline for them, they stuck with it and made it happen.

If you’re thinking of doing it on your own, don’t. Let them take care of it. You won’t regret it.

They are just the best

With one short phone call, and a couple of emails, my claim was sorted with BA paying in full the cost of my new flights.

not sure what i would have done without the team at DCA claims.

Highly recommend

All we had to do was submit the info and left the rest up to DCAClaims. When the airlines refused to pay, DCA put their lawyers on the case, we didn’t have to think about it for a second. We just received our money. Highly recommend.

DCA Don't give up!

We tried and tried to recieve compensation from British Airways and they kept refusing with different excuses, we almost gave up and then saw the advert with DCA and decided to give it a try. They asked for copies of our booking details and persevered with our case until we recieved FULL compensation. I highly recommend using DCA to fight your case!
