I purchased this platform, possible 2 platforms famous and deal ai. I did not get a chance to use it before I got slammed with COVID. 2 months coughing and finally I am getting my legs back. I went to access platform and did not see an obvious path. Email review takes way too long to sort and I could not find support information on the platform dashboard. My concern escalated when I saw the billing going on in a 2 week span of time. Almost 300oo, including usage fees and other fees stacked in odd intervals. Even if I had prior knowledge to all these fees which I explicitly did not, all providers through the years have always billed on the anniversary of the purchase. This clearly does not. I have submitted a support request with detail on the billing that far exceeds anything i would ever agree to for an untried, new to me, platform. I hope they respond and as I asked show me where I was informed in the inbound sales detail of any and all these compounding charges.

Be warned! Not what they advertise. And definitely don't give them your credit card information, they will charge and charge and charge. Even after you cancel.

I tried Deal.AI for $19.95 per month. Apparently, that was to look at the dashboard.If I wanted to use any of the apps I had to purchase credits. So I don't know what the $20 a month gets you unless access to buy credits, A waste if $20,00

Coolest software ever, they built my web-site and funnel in under 30 days to release on Jan 1, 2026 with a positive launch, totally flawless.

So its a good allround platform, i like that it is everything all in one place, that helps me stand something up NOW. for longerterm projects it helps me get the meat on the bones rapidly which is needed when testing the market to see if a business idea will work, before investing months in standing it up.

Very much like chat GPT. Tell it to do things to balance an equation and it gives an artistic interpretation of math. It’s like arguing with ChatGPT on crack. All I wanted was a molar valance calculation that I created and can manually do without the ai as a test and it flunked with flying colors. I load some music I wrote for it to alter and it requires purchasing more credits after the initial fees. I like some of the user interface but it appears more complicated than it is.

I love Deal.ai and probably don't use it as much as I should. Because of the multitude apps available, I save time and money going elsewhere for each project. There are a few that need some improvements for me to consider using, but even if you only use half the apps available, this platform is worth the price.

The app looked interesting so I thought I’d try it for $8. I spent time on the app and couldn’t figure out very much. It was quite challenging
I emailed them and explained my dilemma and asked for a refund. That was yesterday. No response. I tried again this morning. No response at it’s now 10pm
I checked my bank account and saw 2 debits from deal.si. One for $8 and another for $18.95. I immediately emailed them back. Still no response.
I am not happy and will file a dispute with my bank if I hear nothing by tomorrow

Buyer Beware. We cancelled their service but it didn't stop them from withdrawing different amounts from your credit card and if you change your card, they will continue charging the new credit card number.

We had to cancel our credit card to avoid any more fake amounts from our card. Stay away from this fraudulent company. Now they will post their fake response.

I’ve been diving into learning how to integrate various AI tools to create a seamless and effective system — and I can see there’s still plenty to master. I’ve built a few setups that ended up in error loops, so I’ve had to go back, delete, and try different approaches.

Support for unpaid users is very limited, which makes troubleshooting a bit challenging. Domain connections work, though there are still some bugs that I hope will be addressed soon.

Overall, I do recommend the platform, but it definitely requires patience and persistence.

As for the live training experience — I attended a session last Sunday and purchased the Yellow Belt training package that included a 30-minute consultation. Unfortunately, that call was cancelled and rescheduled as a 15-minute introductory session instead, which was disappointing.

SCAM! This company charges you for things well beyond the monthly subscription. Since it is under the umbrella of a subscription, they are allowed to charge you whatever they want! BUYER BEWARE! Phone number does not work and support is unresponsive. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

While it is not for me, I was totally amazed at how you can use the deal dot ai program to build an app and marketing landing page within just under an hour. I've been investigating stuff like this for a while, and I find Terry (the trainer) to be far above the top of the pyramid in this industry (AI training). He is so knowledgeable about the program and AI.

If you plan to build websites or apps, you need to have this in your wheelhouse. It will save you time and the troubles associated with this quick-growing industry.

One star is generous. The experience included unexpectedly high additional fees, products that were purchased but not delivered, and very slow administrative responses. Refunds were delayed for weeks. During a live session, the company promoted an individual who has a documented history of being banned by Google for past SEO practices, which was concerning as a consumer. Based on my overall experience, confidence in the service is low.
