Steal your money! With no items delivered
Ordered a laptop which was not delivered. Asked for it to be delivered or a refund. And still no laptop or refund! Keep saying it’s under investigation but one mouth latter and still no item or refund. Stay away they steal your money and fail to deliver the goods.

A Great company to buy from
A Great company to buy from I ordered my TV on a Saturday and delivered Tuesday and that was between Christmas and New Years day . Would use there services again .

Outstanding customer service
Chose Dealbuyer as they had the product I wanted, at a great price and with a next day delivery option.
Ordering was easy and all confirmed for next day delivery.
Only problem, it was to some random address in the next county. Spoke to Dealbuyer customer service who really did pull out all the stops and arranged a replacement to get to me by midday on the day I should have received the first one. A rare exemplar in customer service.

Laptop faulty
I was very disappointed that the leading brand laptop I bought has malfunctioned multiple times ever since I bought it. The power button has failed 4 times leaving my new laptop useless. Whilst customer services were very responsive initially and did repairs twice, the power button has failed again. DealBuyer is no longer interested in helping me and refuses any refund or replacement. I will never buy from this company again.

Hi,
Unfortunately, after resolving the issue for you twice relating to the drivers of the battery and of which reports showed no hardware faults, we were then contacted again well beyond the warranty period and a long time since we had resolved the issue. As such an amount of time had passed we were unable to continue technical support and resolving driver issues which is normally the responsibility of the end user.

My item was cheaper than other retailers who sold this product,
The exception being you are purchasing a good as new item.
Delivery was on time, no hassle.
Item was as described, would be 5* if the product box was in better condition but hey, if you read above. I'm satisfied, my partner will soon be too.... 25/12. (ProductA)
