Purchased an Auger and received an email that item has left the warehouse a few days later.
1) 3 weeks later tried to contact via email but no response (and no tracking number).
2) 4 weeks later tried again to contact via email and still no response.
3) 5th week contact via phone and told they would contact me with 24hrs - no response
4) 3 days later tried to contact via phone and told they same, someone will contact me within 24hrs.
ask to speak to a manager and told they are only outsources receptionist and can only pass the message.
I find myself unable to contact company and have no idea if company is fake or it item will ever be delivered.
Will never again use this company (if not fake).
