Same story as others. Ordered 2 dresses, received low-quality products that did not match what was ordered. Requested a refund, seller only offered a measly partial refund. Seller required returns to be sent to Hong Kong without paying for shipping, even though this isn't the address on the website. Gave up and contacted credit card provider to attempt to recover the money. Wished we would have checked Trustpilot prior to buying!

HORRIBLE as everyone else.....however AMERICAN EXPRESS is now the ultimate bad guy as I have been going round and round with them for OVER 3 MONTHS now trying to get my money back and they keep moving the goal post of required documentation. I have from the USPS on USPS letter head with a stamp/seal on it that the address on their website is NOT VALID, and AMERICAN EXPRESS is still HARASSING ME! It is DISGRACEFUL. They are supporting fraudulent companies. Someone in their dispute charge department is getting a kickback....there is no other explanation.

This is a horrible company. Wish I had read reviews before placing an order. Received the wrong dress and it was horrible. The phone number on their website does not answer. I emailed them and they said I could get a partial refund and when I declined, they said I could return it and pay almost $40 in shipping. It is a horrible business. I have reported it to my credit card and they also could not reach the company. Just awful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress from here and about two weeks later, I received something in the mail that was completely different. I also paid for expedited shipping and it still took two weeks to deliver. The piece I received in the mail does not even resemble what I ordered.

HUGE SCAM! China company. Don’t waste your time and money!!! my daughter bought a dress from them, looked completely different than what was advertised online. They said they would reimburse her for her item and shipping once returned, just got the runaround. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, they will rip you off. They deserve a zero, not even a one. Just wanting to caution other potential customers.

We ordered 3 dresses. 2 dresses arrived, but they weren't the ones we ordered. And now I am to pay for the shipping fees to send these unordered dresses back to the company. The company then will determine if I will be refunded, but shipping will not be. WHAT?!?

BEWARE. I received dresses I did not order, in a size I did not order and after 20 emails still have not received my refund. They will want you to ship the goods back to Hong Kong and you will have to pay for the shipping, even if it is the company's error. They will go back and forth and negotiate on how much of a refund they will give you, even in the instance of shipping you the wrong merchandise. Still have not received my refund and it's been 6 weeks.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a dress on 9/22 expedited and its still sitting in NJ since I finally received tracking on the 3rd. Then they said they can't give a full refund for the $20 expediting shipping fee. What??? Will never buy from them again. Homecoming has come and gone. Hoping my daughter can wear this dress for another occasion. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from here.

Negative stars. Wrong size. Wrong color. Totally WRONG dress. Came in a paper bag from CA. Looks like a stripper wore it last night and then mailed it. Sorry strippers. Do NOT waste your money here

If I could give negative stars I would do that. My daughter saw the dress on their website "Come and Get it" in baby blue. It was very pretty 59$. I decided to order this for her homecoming and paid the extra 20$ for expedited shipping. The dress came the day of her homecoming dance! Thank goodness we went out and purchased a different dress!! It was a cheaply made blue dress that was not the same style or fabric. It looks like a high school student put the thing together. I wanted to add photos because it is so ridiculous. I am contacting my bank to reverse the charges. DO NOT BUY from this company!! It is fraud.

Should have read the reviews. Sent wrong dress, make it impossible to return and then only offer a partial refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE. SCAM

ZERO. Same as everyone else. Wrong dress. Partial refund, no response. I did tell them in my last response; It’s obvious now how their scam works: “you advertise higher quality items at inflated prices, then ship cheap, incorrect products, often resembling fast fashion brands like SHEIN. When customers complain, you offer only a partial refund (usually around 30%), knowing that many people won’t bother with the hassle of returning the item, especially if the return process is complicated or costly. This allows you to offload low cost inventory and still make a profit, even after the refund”

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
I, amongst many others who I’ve spoken too after my experience with them, have been tricked. The dresses they appear to have aren’t real. They end up sending you something similar in description and then if you try to return it or tell them, they offer you only partial refund to keep it and then don’t reply. Whatever you do, say no and report to the BBB. Unbelievable business behavior and slightly concerning.

We received the wrong color and have to pay the return shipping cost to China if we want a refund!

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering...just received the wrong dress! And now I realize the photos of the dress on their website are the exact photos of a $500 dress on Retrofete...I'm not even going to try to get a refund based on the other reviews but I will dispute with my credit card. How is this company still allowed to operate in the US?

I’m just now seeing these reviews about how this company is scam and I’m so disappointed. I bought this dress for my senior homecoming and now I’m not even going because I don’t have a dress because I refuse to wear what they sent me. It’s honestly embarrassing that I fell for this and I hope I can be refunded but I’m losing hope.

Do not order from this company. They are not located in Chicago, like the website says. You can't send a return to the Chicago address, like the website states. They want you to ship it to China.

Complete scam to steal your cc information. My husband noticed right away because the charge came from a bong shop, called Daily High Club. We ended up canceling our credit card. The phone number on their website doesn't work if you look up their address in Google maps it's an empty lot.

Terrible. Dress in pictures is not the same dress we received. So frustrating. Such a waste of money.

I would give a ZERO if I could. The dress I ordered was NOTHING even remotely close to the picture of it. Tried calling the number in Chicago listed on the website but it’s a busy signal. Dress came from overseas and not Chicago. Disappointed and angry is an understatement. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!
