Another great consoletation with Lauren at Dears pharmacy at the Leslie Fife Branch Lauren is helping me alot and am very grateful for her advice.

Lauren is an outstanding weight‑loss consultant at Leslie. Her expertise is matched by the way she supports you every step of the way — her advice is clear, practical, and genuinely tailored to what you need. Her motivation, knowledge, and understanding are second to none, and she makes the whole journey feel achievable.

I’ve been to other pharmacies, but the level of patient care Lauren provides is on a completely different level. She listens, she guides, she checks in, and she makes you feel supported rather than judged. Because of that, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Absolutely disgusted at service from this pharmacy can take them up yo 10 to deliver a prescription then not always get it right sorry lloyds ever left.

I receive a daily prescription from dears and they are always fast and friendly, I would also recommend Isobelle for a promotion as she is always very helpful and friendly towards me and always asks me how my day is and how I’m feeling. Couldn’t be any better. J

I’m a recovering heroin addict where we as usually judged and treated differently in previous pharmacy’s, everybody has been lovely but above all ISOBELL has been amazing! She makes it feel like a small town chemist, she remembers your name, is kind and caring she will remember your partner, children and even animals names and asks how they are she is professional but also makes you feel like your with a friend! I have severe anxiety and she makes sure I’m served quickly and just her personality makes you feel safe!! The whole pharmacy is amazing! But isobell is just amazing!!

I can’t thank Lauren enough for the support she gave me at the Leslie pharmacy. I was a bit nervous about starting Mounjaro and had lots of questions, but she was so patient and kind. She explained everything clearly and put my mind at ease.

What stood out most was how she genuinely listened — I never felt rushed, and she gave me the confidence I needed to begin treatment. It’s obvious she truly cares about the people she helps, and that made such a difference.

Lauren the pharmacist at Dears pharmacy in Leslie fife is an absolute asset. She is so knowledgeable about the weight loss injection Mounjaro. I was so sceptical starting this weight loss journey. But when you have someone like Lauren, who has studied this weight loss injection, and who clearly cares about how her clients are doing. It makes the arduous process so much more easier when it’s with someone like Lauren. Popped into pharmacy 19/09/2025 after my recent holiday Lauren 5hr pharmacist saw me as av been ill so she saw me and prescribed some medication for me.was much appreciated.

Couldn’t get an appointment at my usual doctors, so phoned around. I spoke to Lauren at the Leslie branch of Dears pharmacy. She listened to me, sounded my chest, took my blood pressure & my stats. I’m a regular customer of the Leslie branch of Dears and have to say the service I get from the lovely lady at the counter is first class, am sure her name is Isobel. She is always happy to help and has a very cheerful manner

I visit the Leslie pharmacy regularly and the majority of the staff are wonderful, however, there is one older female staff member who is extremely rude to everyone she serves! Very disrespectful and condescending. Should not be working with the public.

In March 2024, Kirsty at Dears, in Leslie, cleared my blocked ears completely with ear wax suction - so I arranged to bring my 94 y/old mother to have wax suction removal in July. Kirsty could not have been more helpful, even helping me get mum out of the car and into the treatment room. She was very gentle, caring and efficient, ensuring mum was comfortable through the entire process. Good results and a very satisfied customer and daughter. Can’t recommend highly enough…
