My third retreat with Deborah & Karen in a beautiful location in the Dorset countryside

Again a wonderful experience, a great mix of classes, including Pilate, Yoga and meditation, with some down time thrown in to enjoy the plunge pool, hot tubs, sauna, a relaxing treatment or just reading your book.
Delicious home cooked food by Elliott and Tasha, combined with a great mix of people and lots of laughs. I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and I've already booked the next one!!

Spent a lovely weekend retreat in a beautiful place in a relaxed atmosphere.
We were welcomed by Deborah on arrival. There was a good mix of Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes with Deborah and Karen. The food and company was great and there was plenty of time to relax and enjoy the setting.
Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be going again next year.

My sister and I had a lovely relaxing weekend at the Merkabah Retreat in Dorset. All the classes were great - yoga, pilates, and mindfulness sessions - Deborah and Karen are superb teachers. Our accommodation was very comfortable, the meals were delicious, and the countryside was beautiful - especially the bluebell wood. We met some lovely ladies and everything was very easy and relaxed. Will come again!

Last weekend's Fitness day was as before excellent.It is always well planned, with variety, never boring.Deborah is always encouraging whoever you are, whatever your age...I would not be where I am in fitness , and health without Deborah's brilliantly put together classes, such as Saturday .But most of all I apprecite the variety possible on line that Deborah is forever adding to, and fine tuning.A true hero!

My husband and I went on the yoga/Pilates retreat in Dorset. It was just what we needed from the warm welcome on arrival to the moment we left. All the varied yoga and Pilates classes were professional, fun and tailored to all abilities.
The food was all homemade, tasty and plentiful. I would not hesitate to rebook a retreat with Deborah and Karen.

I am huge fan of wellbeing and pamper sessions, but its taken me till now to be able to venture to a retreat on my own for a few days. This was already quite a leap for me – to go somewhere on my own and remove myself from my comfort zone.

Upon arrival we were greeted with homemade cakes and tea and had room with a stunning view! we even had hot water bottles the little things! the homemade healthy food cooked on site was yummy! We had therapist on site who was amazing and lots of treatment options!

The yoga and pilates studio was so relaxing and I noticed when I did my regular yoga class I had improved my technique! I can't wait to book the next one and it has inspired me to stay healthy and prioritise my wellbeing!

I would highly recommend if you haven't done a retreat before to give it a go! treat yourself and invest in some me time!

Deborah has been giving me and my Mum 1:1 classes and I can honestly say she's made a huge difference to both our fitness! At each session she asks how we are feeling and tailors our session. From Pilates to weight bearing to relaxation - her fitness expertise knows no bounds, plus she's a wonderful, positive person to be around. Thanks so much, Deborah - you're the best!!!!

Deborah's Fitness Heroes is totally brilliant! Deborah is amazing and keeps you motivated, even though I'm working out at home all by myself.

I have attended and immensely enjoyed Deborah's classes for over 20 years at a local gym. I was therefore delighted to be able to continue her sessions online especially during the dark days of covid with a breathtaking amount of variety and knowledge she shows in everything she puts her mind to . I would
wholeheartedly recommend all the different classes she provides with such a love and dedication to keeping Fit , healthy and happy .

I signed up to Deborahs online classes over 3 years ago during Covid lockdown having attended her Pilates classes at the leisure centre for several years. The huge variety of her workouts both in type and duration were a real eye-opener and in the comfort and convenience of my own home I now do far more than just Pilates - Cardio, Strength, Weights, Legs Bums and Tums, and have really felt the benefit.

Great variety of classes and different lengths to fit with your own time schedules. All well presented and different options for levels of difficulty.
I try to do 2 classes a week to support my other exercise I do and mainly focus on Pilates and stretch but plenty of choice

I love Deborah's fitness heroes. It has kept me fit during covid, after a major operation and now getting very close to my 70's. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness.

I love Deborah’s Fitness Heroes. Deborah is a lovely instructor who offers a wide variety of classes to suit all levels of fitness. Live classes or catch-up at your own convenience.
My favourite classes are standing Pilates and Bums and Tums. I love the flexibility of being able to do a class when it suits me.

I have done Deborah’s fitness hero’s classes since they began and they are fab! Even though I don’t always manage to attend the live classes I do them when I can from the Deborah’s archive on Facebook. That are always fun to do, varied and see great results!

I am a long term member of Deborah’s fitness heroes and this was the third fitness day that I have attended.
As always, Deborah conducted the day with professionalism and fun. The variety of exercise was perfect for the whole day. I will be signing up for the next fitness day.

I really enjoyed the selection of classes and options demonstrated for full inclusion! The healthy lunch and refreshments provided were most welcome. Serena’s gym wear stall provided an enjoyable retail opportunity afterwards! I will definitely be signing up for the next one in November. :)
