I felt rushed to sign off on the paperwork so I didn’t get to fully read the documents. I feel like I was lied to and now I am stuck a year in with a terrible credit score. I was doing way better before they called me and made an offer that was too good to be true. I should have trusted the saying….. very disappointed!

My experience with Marissa Gutierrez, was very negative. Not only did she blatantly lie to me, but after she did so, she got me to give her personal information about my Social Security number. She also asked for my mother’s maiden name all of this private security information that I would not have given to her if she had told me the truth about the bait and switch. She told me that they had a program that would forgive $25,000 worth of my credit card debt. They have no such program and I would not have given her my personal information. Had I known that the ad that I watched was fraudulent and just a baiting switch ad. She sent me an email to her high ethical standards. She should be ashamed of herself. If I could give her zero stars instead of one, I would.

The rep was friendly and understanding. Really helped me. Went above and beyond.
