Well I was expecting the payment to be taken out on the 5th or 6th & it kinda shocked me when I looked at my balance on today rhe 11 th and the money was gone??. That's all !!!

Thank you so much for your review and for being a client with us. We understand it can be surprising to check your balance on the 11th when you were expecting the payment to come out closer to the 5th–6th.
Looking at your account, your payment was originally scheduled around the 6th. When the first attempt did not complete, we tried calling you on the 6th to confirm how you wanted to proceed but weren’t able to reach you. To keep your program on track, we then reprocessed the payment on the 11th and sent a notification that morning.
We never want billing to feel confusing or like a surprise. We’d really like to walk through your payment schedule with you, answer any questions, and make sure future draft dates work well for you.

Recent changes to student loan repayment plans had me worried and frustrated. I spoke with Kayleigh and she was very understanding, patient, and effective.
She was able to enroll me in a new plan that suits my budget, and walked me through the entire process. I started out on the call a little angry, and I told her that I was upset right from the start, and she didn't let that get to her (I don't think I could have been as nice as her if the roles were reversed).
It's a tough job what these people do, because, come on, who looks forward to settinng up payment plans for their student loans? But after speaking with Kayleigh, I'm confident I know the path forward, and if I do have questions, she (and DebtEaze in general) is just a phone call away.

This company is a scam, charging to do something that I had already done. I had to go in and change my information and cancel the card I had on file with them. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEM!!!
