Soo patient
My adviser and case worker has been soo incredibly patient with me and at times offered to help extra , I suffer from mental health and it made everything longer and more confusing but Oliver helped and guided me through everything, I felt very well represented and trusted him completely,

Carita was so nice and helpful
Carita was so nice and helpful, she explained to me about my financial situation and gave me several options, some of which i had no idea about, i think it was a very useful phone call and i really appreciate it.

My experience was wonderful beyond my expectation. My advisor - Shabana was very professional in every minute of our discussion, painstakenly explaining every information and rendering unique advice.
Shabana is a professional to the core. the reception was so cordial and painstakingly attentive throughout the duration of the advice. I got more than I was ever expecting.

Excellent Service
I had debt appointment with Shabana from Barking & Dagenham. I was struggling financially due my low income. Shabana identified my problem and advised me on that, on top of that she spoke to DWP to reduce my deduction from UC which is sort of comfort for me.
