Spoke to Laura at j3 debt solutions and she was lovely and helped me and answered all the questions I didn’t have a clue about, she took the time to answer them and now I have a full understanding of what is going on was also very pleasant and friendly to talk to and also made me laugh a couple of times.

Found them to be extremely helpful, talked through all my options with me and the pro’s and con’s of each one. I wasn’t made to feel like any option was being pushed one me, that they were genuinely helping me find what would work best for me. Took the time to talk through any questions I had, and were free to be contacted at any time if I had concerns.
