Terrible company, I enquired online and wanted to speak to someone for advice to discuss options regarding debt, after all the questions etc and a talk through of what options I had, I said I’d get back to them after I’ve thought over the options provided.

The man on the phones tone changed completely and started getting agitated that I didn’t immediately go ahead with them, after telling him I’m definitely wanting a solution but I like to think on any big decisions, he start to say “well how will you sort your debt” and that he’s a financial advisor and he’s telling me there’s no other way, repeatedly asking me what else I’ll do then.

when I told him I hadn’t thought that far ahead and just wanted to think on it as it’s a big decision which option I go with he kept telling me there’s no other way to sort my debt etc, trying to force me to agree to one of there plans immediately

Very very odd behaviour, will be going with another company, they don’t care about your situation just want you to sign up so they get paid, definitely Avoid!!

I tried other company's they made it very difficult wanting alot of information.

Then spent 4 hours speaking to different advisors with j3 working out my budget and affordability within 2 weeks of this conversation it was all sorted into one affordable payment.

I don’t know where to start. I was drowning in debts barely getting by and out of a desperate moment decided to call this company and see what help I could get.
