I believe I was treated very good by the staff at BDO and they were always willing to answer any questions that I had during the process.

There is only 1 point on where I am dissatisfied
I had received a large, over $10,000 from widows benefit and I claimed it and then none was ever taken away by BDO, so I assumed that it was mine to use. So the amount got absorbed, I have children that I helped and then BDO, after months, went hey, that was ours, not yours and you owe it back to us.
So because of this I am still ,not in bankruptcy, but owing a considerable amount and will be into 2019.

my overall experience with BDO was great, but found out later through my bank that with going through them i lost my overdraft on my chequing account which they never made me aware of. this ended up causing my great stress and issues dealing with the bank. They should let people know that they may loose certain things when they get signed up.
