Cannot fault this company. Called to confirm order, expedited the delivery and despite access being tight, the delivery driver reversed best part of 300yds so that the materials were best placed for my needs. Many thanks

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They happily accepted my on line order, confirmed by email with fast delivery date and debited my account. They then rang to inform me that they had no stock and that the supplier could not provide stock for another 3-4 weeks. I asked for a refund, they said they would void the transaction, instead sent me a credit note. Rang them, they said that’s what their system does, but the customer assistant didn’t seem to be clear on what constitutes a refund versus what a credit note is. Well, we will wait and see what happens!

Outstanding company outstanding service from order to delivery very high quality I ordered Nordic Frost chippings and am in love, very helpful nothing to much trouble and the delivery company were also outstanding.

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. After being let down by a large garden centre near where I live, they went from telling me my bulk bag of Tuscan Glow stones would arrive in 2 weeks to then 6 weeks. I contacted Decorative Gardens on Tuesday late afternoon and my delivery arrived Friday Lunchtime. Amazing service, we ordered the exact same product -Tuscan Glow stones bulk bag. Cheaper than where I previously ordered from and delivered in a couple of days. Will not hesitate to order from this company again.

I ordered some Cornish Silver Chippings which are of great quality. The delivery was really quick, arrived when it said it would and the delivery driver was amazing. Really happy customer, would definitely recommend this company 👍

Abysmal service. Office staff was horrendous! Told me to get on with it just gravel!

Ordered Scottish Cobbles 50 - 80 cm, over half of the stones delivered were over 120cm. When I called to tell Decorative Gardens, they told me that was just the way it was and wanted me to pay to return the stones. The stones were also not the colours advertised. Very very poor customer service and misleading website information. I would never recommend this company.

Received my order of Scottish Cobbles today. Really pleased with the quality of the stones. The delivery driver was really helpful. I do have a sloping drive, and he needed a little help to push onto end of drive, but as they are a kerbside del service it was over and above his duty. One of the few companies that has stock and still delivering in a reasonable time frame. Can't fault the price or the customer service team. Had some really honest and helpful advice before purchasing. Highly recommended!

Stones were delivered on time and seem to be good quality. The delivery driver really couldn't have cared less where they were left. He left them blocking a pavement.

The company said the driver couldn't "haul 850kg up a sloped drive", but we just asked for them to be left on the *end* of the drive. This would mean no slope to "haul up" and is fairly obviously where you would leave 850kg of stones. Not blocking a pavement.

Instead, they've blocked the pavement and now anyone with a pram or wheel chair must go into the road because Decorative Gardens and their delivery driver think that's ok.

Scammers.
Sent me stones completely different from the picture and double the size they should be. I raised that they are unacceptable and they changed their website description.
Very poor business!
Do not buy from them.

I purchased some 'Moonstone' flint recently, to top up some we already have laid, so I know what it's supposed to look like.  The images on their website looked exactly like the flint I already have.  However, when it was delivered it it just looked like common gravel.  I approached the company, sending photos and my concerns and was told that the correct product was sent but that the quarry had been changed and they couldn't be responsible for natural variations in the product. They also stated that the images needed updating!!  I was not satisfied, felt misled and asked for a refund.  I was advised there would be a charge for the collection!!! I contacted them again and asked how much, but no reply!!!

Ordered 12 decorative tiles and one was cracked. I sent an email immediately to the company customer service with a photo of the damaged tile requesting a replacement. The company contacted me soon after and said that will send replacement next week.

I originally ordered a bulk but of stone chippings via the website. Shortly after I had a telephone call to say that they could not fulfill the order as they had just had word the supplier was closing due to Covid. Not a problem and had an immediate refund. However a few days later I had another call to say that someone was able to go to the supplier and work alone and did we want the order. Stones reordered and actually delivered on the original day. Delivery driver excellent and went out of his way to get the pallet where we wanted it. Fantastic service all round!

Great quality pebbles and very good value for money. The delivery driver was from another company and he couldn't do enough to deliver the pallet load to my requirements.

Not a problem with Decorative Gardens products however, the delivery company they used to deliver my goods caused notable damage to my driveway. Decorative Gardens not really interested as it was the delivery company who were responsible. If you have goods delivered from this company please be aware that they only offer roadside delivery and if you asked them to place the pallet or goods on your property and they cause damage they are not liable, it’s your fault according to the delivery company.

Decent prices but abysmal customer service.

I have twice ordered pallets of horticultural grit from this company. Decent prices, friendly customer interaction, prompt despatch and delivery. Would - and most probably will - use again.
