They have a very weird size chart. I am at 32 inches waist and in their scale, it's XL. I bought XL and it's way too large for me. I think the size chart is misleading. I wouldn't be able to return the items due to hygiene issue.

I always received my parcel on time, even during busy times (i.e.; the winter holiday period).
The panties and the socks – for both women and men – are good quality. I still wear them after years.
I love the graphics and I use to give their socs as a gift to my friends and family.

I love their odd socks, not only funky design but the quality is second to none.
However, my first order went all smooth, second time - showed as delivered by Post Office despite of me not receiving.
Quite obvious post office fault which they would not entertain at the slightest.
I contacted supplier and each email contained not much more than “please let us know if we can help”. They could but they wouldn’t. I ended up ordering once again and paying for the second time.
It might be bitter me talking but it feels like supplier should take some accountability for the failed delivery. As the matter of fact any complains to Royal Mail should’ve be done by the sender, not myself chasing it around.
Very poor customer service.

This is the second time I ordered from Dedoles. I don't have any concern about the delivery at all as they use Royal Mail tracked service. Well.. for the size - my feet is 25 cm. so I was not sure which size would fit. The first time I ordered 35-38 but normally I wear shoes size 39. It turned out to be the right size. I would recommend this size to anyone whose feet length is around 24.5-25 cm. Size 39-41 would be bigger for you.

First time using this site. Bought the daisy slider sandals, size 6. Good fit comfy. Also daisy swim top in Xl. VERY tight under front of arms. I am size 16 and usually buy size L so I recommend that you buy bigger size than usual. Socks are nice material, good size and designs are brilliant BUT the elasticated tops are VERY TIGHT. I don't have big legs, and they left a really strong mark on my skin. They must be different to the ones a previous Reviewer wrote about, who they said the tops were too loose! Mixed bag really, not sure I will use again, but I absolutely love the designs.

I used to love their socks and I have ordered many pairs, but the quality has gone down hill. Socks aren't as thick and soft as they used to be and although I love the wide band at the top this has become thin and unsupportive so they just roll down. Also they have changed holding the socks together from a plastic tag to thread, which is great environmentally but useless for these socks. When you cut the thread (without touching the socks) then try to pull the thread away it catches on the socks leaving a small hole. Two pairs I have opened today now have these holes without ever wearing them, I don't know how else you are meant to remove the thread other than cutting and pulling away. Please go back to how you were making them and come up with a solution to keep the socks in pairs with damaging them.

Amazing socks, great offers and product range and always received in an acceptable amount of time. The company also supports a number of charities, I just love them

Lots of colours and patterns but the cut of the boxers is not very good for sporty type people.

I’m a keen runner and cyclist, as result I have a lean figure with well developed thighs and bum.

I ordered the boxers as the trunks looked a little small in the cut, even ordering a size L for my 34 waist still saw them front of the legs digging into my thighs slightly and the front filling tight when I pulled them on.

Overall if you’re pretty svelte or have no bum I’m sure they’ll be fine.

If you’re into the gym/sports you might find them a bit restricting.

I absolutely love this shop - the pants are super comfy and fit perfectly. The socks stay up, are comfortable and everything I have bought washes really well. Plus, the prices are great! Bought a pair of pants and socks to try and now have a drawerful..
Lastly, had to email as I accidentally put in the same order twice and they sorted it out immediately and were super- friendly. I don’t get why there are people moaning about them on here cause I think they are fab.

The products and the website are nice but Dedoles are fully incompetent when it comes to shipping. You are forced to pay £5 for a tracked delivery and have no option of selecting any other method. There is also an extra cost for selecting eco-friendly packaging which is pathetic. It should be their responsibility as a business to make all packaging eco-friendly to begin with rather than use the idea as another source of income.

Looking at the mixed reviews here, I was a bit apprehensive but it’s been a good experience. There were no problems at checkout or with payments, everything arrived on time and I’m happy with the quality. I’ll definitely buy from them again!

Just received my Dedoles order. It arrived very quickly in eco packaging. The items look great - good quality and lovely modern, bright patterns. Haven't tried anything on yet as they are a present. It's good to find larger sized socks up to UK 12 and I like that all designs come in all sizes. It's normally hard to find cat socks for men as they assume only women want these. All my purchases were sale items and I think they are excellent value for money.

Just received my order are a week. All well made and true to size. Bought from the 70% and Mightily pleased with the quality

Some really funky socks, great designs. I bought mine in the sale, but even still they are quite expensive. At first I thought the price was for a couple of pairs haha. But after a while I realised they are odd pairs. Wouldn’t shop often due to the price, but nice items and shipped fast. No plastic packaging which is great too.

Non rispondono ai solleciti via email o ai commenti su facebook, pertanto io consiglio ASSOLUTAMENTE DI NON ACQUISTARE SU QUESTO SITO !!!! Ho bloccato la carta e chiederò il rimborso alla Banca per merce mai ricevuta !

Pacco non ricevuto, mancata consegna

Mi dispiace molto lasciare una recensione negativa ma non ho avuto modo di ricevere il pacco.
A quanto pare è tornato indietro per "indirizzo non trovato".
Ricevo posta tutti i giorni da molti corrieri, quindi è difficile che non abbiano trovato l'indirizzo. C'erano tutte le indicazioni, chiare e uguali per tutti i corrieri.
Il pacco risulta ora tornato indietro e io mi ritrovo senza la merce ordinata e senza regalo di natale ordinato in larghissimo anticipo.
Non saprei dire se la responsabilità sia del corriere o di Dedoles ma di fatto io resto senza merce, pagata, e senza regali di natale.
Mi auguro che la recensione possa servire a trattare con più attenzione i clienti, e a leggere meglio quello che c'è scritto sugli indirizzi di consegna.
Aggiungo che l'assistenza è inesistente. Sull'ordine c'è la possibilità di inviare un modulo di reclamo, il problema è che se clicco sul modulo, il pdf non esiste, indirizza al sito dedoles.sk ma genera un 404, quindi non c'è il file (peggio di così non poteva essere gestita).
Non esiste un numero da contattare.
Oltre al danno anche la beffa.
