For nearly two years, I've collaborated with DeerDesigner, occasionally pausing due to fluctuating workloads, but always returning due to the exceptional quality they deliver, effectively easing our design process bottlenecks. Just like any other service, the outcome depends heavily on the clarity of your instructions. It's a common sentiment that we can't expect people to read minds, and this applies to DeerDesigner too. Their contribution has been instrumental in crafting over 150 websites for us, earning us numerous accolades. The flexibility to adjust the number of designers to meet our needs is a great advantage, though I do recommend having at least one or two designers readily available.

Working with Deer Designer allowed us to provide quality designs to our clients for websites and marketing. They have a wonderful process that is both fair, reasonable and efficient. If we ever had an issue with a design they would immediately provide edits until the design was perfect. They are polite, professional and I would highly recommend them to any web agency owner.

Such a great, HIGH-QUALITY service. There are lots of companies out there that offer unlimited design but what most of them lack are quality and professionalism. DD has both. Highly recommend - and the owner is top-notch from an ethical and excellence perspective.

Deer Designer is a really helpful service for design and artworking. I've worked with them across a range of clients for about a year and a half. They've been able to handle everything I've thrown at them, from individual assets and tedious tasks like recreating non-editable documents/illustrations, up to full website designs and print for flyers, cards and billboards.

I really like that I always get something back in 24hrs, they never ever "go missing". Unlike other outsourced services I've tried, I find that I don't need to repeat or rephrase requests that were missed or not understood. They never moan when I go through a million client edit requests just to end up back where we started.

I love that you have all the source files for every task/ticket ready to go so that you can keep them or make your own tweaks.

There are some bits of design where I find it helpful to have a client-facing designer involved too, such as branding work. But for everything else I write a request for Deer Designer and get the files by the next day.

So yeah, I don't think you can get a service like this elsewhere for anything like this price.

As an agency it's wonderful to partner with an company that values making a difference. I've made some significant choices as we've grown, and choosing to work with DeerDesigner is one of the best I've made. They're consistent and deliver excellent value!

I've worked with DeerDesigner for about 2 years now. I've left and come back a few times as work slowed, but they provide great work and help remove bottlenecks with our design work. Like any service or designer, they are only as good as your brief + instructions. Sometimes we get frustrated with clients and say "I can't read minds", well, the same is true for DeerDesigner. They've helped us design well over 150+ sites in the last few years and we've won awards because of their work. You can scale up (add more designers) or scale down as needed, but I'd recommend at least 1-2 designers on call.

I've always delayed signing up to Deer Designers service and finally signed up a few months ago. Totally blew my expectations of what to expect. The team is very responsive to my queries and most of the time I have an update waiting for me in my inbox thus speeding up my workflow in the end. It sure beats going from freelancer to freelancer to have a team that understands your brand and business and can think ahead of you and already know what you will expect when you submit a request. A+++++
