Never had a problem with DEGIRO until...
Never had a problem with DEGIRO until I needed customer service.
I've sent 7 emails regarding switching my bank account details. I got a reply in the first email. All others were ignored.
My new bank acc is a joint account. It says on the website "Sent proof of payment and account details". My deposits were rejected 3 times. And I keep getting ignored.
DEGIRO keeps making the website pretty. But they're forgetting customer service is important too. I'll be looking to move my money elsewhere.
