Del and team did a first class job with heating and installation. I would highly recommend Del.

Great service from Del and his team. Jerome and Dylan arrived on time, did the service without fuss and were helpful answering any questions. The new booking system is a great asset as your infoed when the team are expected.

Quick prompt service from Del and his team. Arrived within 15 of an emergency and fixed the problem, it wasn’t an easy job in a 42 bedroomed Hotel, but he sorted it. I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend.

I needed a gas fire fitted del came and looked at it said yes he do it next week but didn’t say what next week phone him told busy that week do next week still waiting so phoned another gas fitter came and looked said be able to do in a couple days time now finally working so thanks to them looking like a Pembrokeshire promise from del brace heating never mind that’s life I won’t be using them for any other work

It was wonderful , they took so much care with fitting a new boiler, nothing was too much trouble for them / and they cleaned up beautifully! Couldn’t recommend them more , your safe in their capable hand x Anne

We have been using Del and his team for a number of years and found his services exemplary. The benefit of having Del and his team are polite, respectful and conscientious in the work they provide. We can call on Del whenever there is a problem and he will endeavour to sort the issue promptly. We also benefit from having the piece of mind that the boilers will be serviced annually included with the contract. Would definitely recommend.

Jerome carried out the yearly service on our boiler. Along with Del, Jerome fitted the boiler a couple of years ago and is very familiar with it. The whole process was excellent with a message being received outlining a proposed date for the service including several reminders leading up to the day. On the day of the service, Jerome arrived as planned and carried out the process very efficiently with no issues being identified. Jerome is a very polite and friendly individual who is obviously very conscientious and enthusiastic towards his work.

I have been using Del's Company for 2 years now.

I am so happy to have a competent, reliable plumber.

He always replies immediately and is prompt and fast to respond and attend.

I am delighted with his service and could not recommend more.

I was really stuck as I had no hot water from my boiler and was expecting guests to my home. A friend suggested Del Brace plumbing as she had used them and said they were excellent. Within 15 minutes of ringing Del he was at my house. He established that my pump was faulty. He rang to try and find a replacement and as none were available he ordered one to come the next day. As soon as it came he came to my house and replaced my pump. This was out of his working hours but because of my situation he put me first. I cannot speak highly enough of Del ; his professional attitude, his understanding and friendly manner. Without doubt i would highly recommend and if I have a problem will use him again.

Utilised Del Brace’s online booking system. Very easy to select preferred time. Del sent text day before confirming estimated arrival times and sent another text 20mins before he arrived.
Perfect, no hanging around. Service carried out quickly and efficiently. Del answered all my questions about present gas boiler future upgrade to heat pump. Electronic invoice and we were able to settle by banks transfer.

Del was extremely helpful and professional. Turned up when he said he would and always had excellent lines of communication. Team was neat and tidy and got the job done properly. I was recommended Del after a complete cowboy who had lots of recommendations on my local community Facebook page (I seriously query why) did not fix the heating and even left me with a bit of ripped off skirting board that was unnecessary to remove.

We were notified by text that the plumber was on his way. He carried the job efficiently and neatly and cleaned up after having completed the job
