A total scam. I ordered saffron in January and still havent received my order and it is April. When I complain they just keep sending emails claiming to be sorry and they won't return my money. Next step BBB.

I ordered some Gingerbread Cookie Decoration. The ad showed this man holding them and they came to his waist. When I finally got them they were cookie size. This company is a large scam. DO NOT USE THEM.

This is a SCAM - please do not order from this company! I wish I checked reviews here before I made my order. I will never order anything that pops up in my media before checking.

I ordered a zippo lighter for my son as a Christmas present - order was placed 2/11/25 - it was an Asian warrior that you put together. First they overcharged me but after several email exchanges, I received the refund for the overcharge. However, I still do not have the order and there is no way to track it either. I will have to contact my bank to see if I can get my money refunded as clearly this is a scam … 😩

I placed an order and JUST A FEW MINUTES LATER realized it wouldn't arrive on time, as I was leaving the country. I immediately requested a cancellation and refund, but they told me that it was no longer possible because delivery had already been scheduled. I REPEAT: THIS WAS ONLY A FEW MINUTES AFTER PLACING THE ORDER. The reason I needed to cancel was that 1 am permanently leaving the country, so I could never have received it. I will never get a refund. Furthermore, if you try to add a bad review, they instantly delete it!!! SITE SCAM.

I ordered an advent calendar for my grandson in early September. I received a notice it shipped. In October no update on tracking. In November I was told another was shipped due incomplete address. The second one was supposed to be expedited. No updates received I asked for a refund. The response was since it was shipped they could not give a refund. Still no updates and here it is second week in advent.

This company is a fraud and a scam. The product advertised was great but they take your money and blame their shipping company for the non-delivery. Pitiful customer service and no resolution. I contacted American Express and they will investigate and refund my money. Hopefully put these scam artist out of business of stealing money. Do not do business with these fraudsters!

This website is a complete scam. I fell for it. They had a zippo lighter that was a Asian warrior that you can build together. The lighter was for $41. They charged me 67. They gave me a fake tracking number through tracking tracking-hub.com this website actually sends you fake tracking route and update you every day. Once package says delivered there is no package get your money back from your bank or credit card agency ASAP.

then i get the product and they are hideous ...if i didnt know what i ordered id have no clue what the figurines were...i got the kpop demon hunter set for my grandbaby and they made her cry they are so bad so i complained and paypal wont refund and the store says it meets their standards so no refund

Never received my order. Several emails requesting POD which was not accessible via a website address they provided. They claim it was in my letterbox or at my front door which it wasn't, then suggested I ask neighbours in case it was given to them or dropped off at local post office. Very contradictory responses which should be proof enough for anyone contemplating ordering from this useless bunch of the scam they are. This lot are incompetent at best, fraudulent at worse. No refund despite request. Stay well away and warn everybody you can to do the same.

Credit card was charged $41 instead of $31 even though checkout and order confirmation email said $31. I immediately requested a full refund and order cancelation, several minutes after it was placed. There is no way to cancel online so you have to go through customer support. Customer support investigated and acknowledged the extra charge was a "system error" but refused to cancel the order, asking me to "give the item a chance."

I made the request to cancel in three different emails and they still refused. They shipped the item anyway and it took over a month to arrive and was also low quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Only two bags turned up after a long while and lots of chasing. Eventually got my money back via PayPal but it was a struggle as they kept saying I got what I ordered. Advert clearly stated plier set with bag. I wouldn't go near this company again.

The item arrived in a small bubble wrap envelope. When I opened it, it was obviously broken during shipping. One of the legs was no longer attached. Support suggested I glue it back on, and they would refund me “2 US dollars”. I responded with pictures of the item and showed that the coils on one of the springs was bent, causing the spring to stand straight up in the air. Support responded that “ the relevant departments double confirmed that the products sent to you are correct”. I can return the item to their warehouse in China, “ but the shipping fee may be expensive. Can we increase compensation to 5 USD?” Nope. I want a full refund. And, the shipping label shows it came from Flushing NY. I’m still waiting for a response.

Item was $24.99, then they added $0.75 insurance, $5.99 shipping so total ended up being $31.73... so tell me why my bank got hit with $41.25?!? And now reading the other reviews I'm getting the feeling that I won't be getting the product or a quality product either.

Instead a tool set with a bag only bag was delivered. Absolute scam

First I was double charged.

Second, they sent a cheap knock off item which had no connection to the original item.

Basically, I got royally scammed.
