The owner called me while out of the country regarding a small order I was trying to place. WOW, in this day an age of terrible customer service this phone call reflects an owner who cares and wants to grow the business. My third purchase and I love the feel…
My third purchase and I love the feel of your cotton. The grey I’ve just bought is nit as thick, however, as the two white sets ( bought last year and this winter). They are markedly different but the way water is taken in by them and material dries is EXACTLY the BEST. I am going to buy a set in beige / sand colour this evening actually. On line directly from Delilah site. Thank you for making an excellent product which few other companies do these days. I’m a fan.
