I've been ordering from Delta Cloudz for the past couple of years and they have the best products for the best prices. On top of that, they're a reliable company that you don't have to worry about trusting when ordering from them online. Their friendly customer service have always been helpful. Altogether a great company!

This was my. First experience with DeltaCloudz . The website is not always updated so you have to know what you are ordering. I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager who took care of all my needs . Customer service pretty good I definitely recommend but use caution on their site .Any questions or problems will be addressed quickly by Michael and the staff

I ran into an issue with my order at first, but the General Manager, Michael, went above and beyond to fix the shipping problem. I truly appreciate how quickly he stepped in and made everything right. My order ended up arriving earlier than expected, and I couldn’t be happier! The products are fantastic, and I’m really pleased with the entire experience.

Today I placed an order for a fairly large shipment of products from these guys which I use to help manage my chronic pain. I was worried however because we are leaving out of town for a family trip next week and I honestly didnt think my order would arrive before we left. Since there is no option for expedited shipping listed on their site I reached out to them and explained my situation yo them and offered to pay extra for faster shipping if it was possible because of my concern about the arrival date. To my surprise, they reached out to me with a couple of questions about my order within an hour or so and after explaining things to them they even told me they would send it out tomorrow and that i need not pay anything for the gazt response or extra shipping. So I would definitely recommend this company and the customer service as being amazing to anyone who asked me. And if you are reading this, since you guys only use your company name as a generic answer in the from tab, whoever you are that works at this company that was so amazing to me wish I could thank you personally small stuff like this makes me hope they give you a raise as i certainly feel that you deserve it.

No communication whatsoever.
After ordering the shipment was fine. However they signed me up for a subscription to repeat the order every TWO WEEKS! I tried to stop it but got no response. Scam.

Do NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
What they say is true, they are actively taking orders and not sending them.
They have to be sitting on a few thousand dollars of stolen money from unshipped products right now.
They feel big sitting behind a computer and love to be unreachable(or in a way untouchable because all my bank can tell me is to file a claim.)
I can’t believe there are scammers like this operating and yet there’s nothing we can do but watch as they send out more promotions to steal from more unsuspecting new customers.
I’ve asked for my order and then it came to the refund, 5 times. I kid you not they stop replying when they know you had your limit. They’ll say things like “oh, you’re absolutely correct. Communication is everything.” “that’s our fault for not doing so” & “we apologize for that”s until you realize that they actually are not sending you your money back.
Based on other reviews, you might want to replace your cards and file a claim.
This was once a business probably.. but it’s run by scammers now and they’ll be milking unsuspecting people unless someone shuts them down

This company sends what they want.. when they want! Don't believe what they have on their website saying 3 day shipping. My last order says it was updated on June 21 and I'm still waiting for them to ship. I'm also waiting for them to refund my money since they offered extra vapes at a discount then after I placed my order said it was refunded. Buyer Beware!! Do not buy from this company!

This company is a total scam. They never delivered my order yet billed me for a 2nd, recurring order that I NEVER agreed to. There is zero communication, not even a phone # and all my message attempts to contact them went unanswered. I am currently waiting on a new card because of this.

I like this company. They got back to me and have nice helpful customer service. They have a few products I keep coming back for!

I’ve made at least 7 orders with delta cloudz and I’ve had no bad experiences. Great communication skills and even better customer service. 10/10 company !

Placed my order two weeks ago and they went silent not very happy with them will not use them again

Used to be really good but suddenly went to crap orders aren’t shipped in a speedy manner, and you commonly have to email them to even get an idea of why. Will likely be looking for another site to order from

If I could give a 0 I would. Do not use them. Customer service sucks. They didn't ship one of my pens and have been waiting over 3 weeks for replacement. One of the pens doesn't work at all and am still waiting on that replacement. They just lost a customer

ZERO communication, even though their site says they place priority on Customer Service and communication.

I placed my order 6 days ago - zero updates. No tracking info. No responses to emails. They also give you an option to contact via WhatsApp - you can see they have read your messages and won't respond.

They'll take your money and ghost you.

Con artist, ordered and they let me order several items knowing it wasnt in stock,waited a week and a half weeks and after emailing constantly and calling with no response they finally ask if I would take replacement, I said yes and when I received it they shorted my order gave me the equivalent of 4500 mg and it look like it was tampered with because it was liquid in bottom and the said it was condensation..petty
