But Mr. A specially doesn't respond even after multiple messages/ calls. Pathetic service. Regret the purchase. Please avoid DELTA LOCKS whoever is considering them! Disappointing! I wish there was a negative rating for Delta Locks! PLEASE AVOID.

pathetic experience and installtion is done by local carpenter who has no knowledge of the locks positioning. its been a month my locks are not working and i have shifted in my new home. they are just sales people and dont bother to respond to your calls even if you are stuck

Very bad customer service. Even the owner is not interested in solving issues. One place they are using name of Indian army and other side no one cares about customer service.

Could not get the refund after 5 months also. It's a fraud company.
I had paid for the smart lock Rs.14,990/- as a prebook on 04/09/2025 with a delivery promised on or before 24/09/2025. But unfortunately could not get the smart lock for 3 months and after several followups got one lock on 04/01/2026 which was wrong model older/outdated version but not the one paid for. Hence requested for return & refund and the same had been picked up on 08/01/2026 and very well acknowledged by them on 09/01/2026. But still following for the refund and now no-one is responding from past 2 months. Not even reciprocated my call & massages.

For clarity, here are my verified details:

Issue Summary:
• The same defect reoccurred immediately after a paid service visit.
• Despite multiple follow-ups, no permanent resolution has been provided.
• During the call on 24 January 2026, I was offered only two options:
1. Accept a lower model without refund
2. Pay extra to upgrade
I clearly stated that I expect either proper rectification or replacement with the same A1 model at no additional cost.
For transparency, I am attaching a screenshot of the care team communication as supporting evidence.

Misleading Commitments and Difficult Refund Process
I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
Initially, when I inquired about their Z1 Pro lock, the sales executive was extremely sweet, responsive, and explained everything in great detail. However, the moment I placed the order and completed the payment, there was a sudden and noticeable change in their behavior.
Responses became extremely slow — sometimes taking 2–3 days for a single reply. Several commitments made during the sales discussion were not honored. The freebies that were promised were never delivered, and the installation was delayed. After multiple follow-ups and significant effort from my side, the installation was finally completed.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. Even the basic features of the lock were not user-friendly and did not function as expected. When I raised support tickets, they were closed within 5 minutes without resolving the issue.
Trying to initiate a return was another struggle. It took me almost a week of constant follow-ups just to get the return request registered. Eventually, they sent an executive to uninstall the lock, but no written confirmation was provided for the return or refund.
Communication again stopped after the uninstallation. What shocked me the most was when a senior representative asked me to delete my review first, promising that the refund would be processed immediately after that. I found this extremely unprofessional and unethical.
Due to the lack of response and transparency, I had to file a fraud complaint against the company, after which they finally processed my refund. Even after that, they continued contacting me asking to delete or modify my review and post a fake 5-star rating, which I strongly refused.
Overall, this was a very stressful and unpleasant experience.
I strongly do not recommend this brand or their locks based on my experience.
