Poor customer service.

Amazing, prompt, competent support. Went above and beyond helping us out implementing a hosting solution for a game they had not hosted before, on a public holiday no less! Very satisfied.

Delta Networks is (for now) a small and personal business, and it shows. The owner really cares about their customers and went above and beyond to provide me with premium server hosting. Delta Networks offers intricate control of mods, save files, player whitelists and so much more. It also offers hosting for some pretty niche games such as Vintage Story. The pricing is also extremely competitive, this server host is not going to break the bank if you're just trying to satisfy a 2 week Minecraft phase with your friends. I don't think this is an official service so maybe I shouldn't share this but the owner was so kind as to allow me to switch my hosted server from one game to another one for free, with the same ram of course. This is a company that really cares about it's customers and offers cutting edge server control and fair pricing, I could not recommend Delta Networks enough.

Whilst priced slightly higher than other offerings out there, the reliability and service you receive with Delta absolutely makes it worth it.
Have hosted a Minecraft server for nearly 3 months with Delta, as well as a domain for a custom URL. Issues were extremely few and far between and when they did crop up, the support offered was extremely fast and thorough.
The game panel for Minecraft servers is extremely intuitive and simple to use as well.

The site was easy to navigate and services super great to use. I contacted their support about some minor UI issues with a 3rd party plugin and they were extremely proactive in getting it sorted, even going so far as to building their own UI to fix the issue. Genuine service and great value. You can't do better than Delta Networks.

I was having some issues configuring my Terraria server on my end. The staff helped me resolve my issues in a very friendly and professional manner within minutes. The hardware received is also great value for the money!

Was a bit sceptical at first seeing as there was no reviews, but decided to start a Minecraft server with them anyway since they had a 5 day money back guarantee. Has been a great experience, have been playing for up to 10 hours a day and experienced no issues, very responsive. The server management interface is very useful and responsive, could use a few more info buttons to explain in more detail what things actually do but for the most part everything is explained (would be very helpful for first time server hosts). Only criticism is that mobs seem to be ever so slightly delayed, e.g a skeleton takes a moment to recognise you are within range. But it is barely noticeable when playing. The value for money is really good and I'm glad to be supporting an Australian business.
