if I could leave a zero I would!!

if I could leave a zero I would!!! this is the worst company out there. There jeans are complete SHIT! the worst fit you could imagine and they are full of empty promises...they always promise a refund but never send it. They send multiple emails about it being on the way but 5 months later and I am still waiting.

Dont not buy from this company

Dont not buy from this company. They will give you the "run around" and they lie. I was promised a refund. I have several emails stated i would get my refund. They also told me I received a bad batch of the jeans and offered to resend a new pair. When I said "no" thats when she stated I would get my refund. They tried to stall for days until the 14 refund process was over but I had proof I requested it before the 14 days was up. Ladies beware. This company is not good at all.

Stay Away!

I ordered 3 pairs of jeans based on the measurements they provided in their size chart. It ended up being totally wrong. Too big and way too short. I read the 30 day return policy/satisfaction guaranteed before purchasing so I emailed requesting a return. They instead offered me an exchange citing an updated measurement chart would be provided. I declined and asked for a return label. They responded asking the reason for the rerun (which I had already provided) I responded and once again gave the reason and didn’t hear back. I sent several follow up emails asking why a rerun label had not been provided and they ignored them. I then warned that I would file a dispute with my credit card company and file a better business bureau complaint if they didn’t respond within the next business day. No response so I filed both, that was on 10/6/25. Better business bureau was unable to find the company. My credit card company determined a refund was due and Deneva had failed to respond to my credit card companies attempt to contact them. My credit card issued a refund several weeks ago. Now today (November 24, 2025) I received this email “ Hi 💕

I’m so sorry for the delay in getting back to you — I completely understand your frustration and you’re right to expect a quicker response.

We can work this out together 🤍 and I truly want to resolve this for you.
First, I kindly ask that you settle/close the dispute with your card company so that I can properly step in and help you with the next steps on my side.

Once that’s done, please let me know and I’ll do my best to take care of everything for you. 💌

49 days later you want to get back to me??? And to think they think I would cancel the dispute with my credit card company after their failure to respond to numerous emails is truly hysterical.

Anyway - my recommendation, Stay away! Thankfully my credit card company took care of it for me and their ridiculous sized jeans are in the trash.

Ordered an xl in shorter asked for…

Ordered an xl in shorter asked for exchange in xxl in shorter and no one will help! I've received 3 XL in shorter but not one in the size I'm requesting(XXL shorter). I've sent probably 10+ emails and tried calling the phone number with no answer. Very frustrated!

Awful experience

Awful experience. This online store operates on multiple names (incl. Deneva, Aurora, and more) to sell the same item, their so-called BBL Jeans. Ordered according to their measurements and it was completely wrong. Too big and too short. Tried to return the items as I read their return policy beforehand and they claim to accept returns. Wow, that led to a terrible experience.

Basically, their responses to return requests (either form AI or people forced to respond in this way), is to do EVERYTHING they can to get you to exchange and not return. After going back and forth 15+ emails (!!!) and clearly outlining I'm only interested in a return and not exchange, they ignored what I stated, constantly asking me to exchange, then asking for MULTIPLE photos of the items before they'd accept a return, then offering to exchange again. A huge pain just communicating with them. As a buyer, you shouldn't have to go back and forth multiple times to create your return.

Their 10th+ email in our exchange stated: "We completely understand your request for a refund 💌 — but before we finalize it, we’d love to offer you something special as an alternative.

Unfortunately, we recently discovered that a bad batch from our manufacturer slipped through our quality check, and one of those pairs was the one sent to you. We’re truly sorry this happened 🙏

👉 As an apology, we’d love to make it up to you with this offer:
✨ You can choose one of our new products — with a special discount.
✨ You won’t need to pay any difference.
✨ You can keep your first pair of jeans as a gift from us.
✨ And if you don’t love the new item after receiving it, you can still request a refund."

The only thing is, they clearly won't offer a refund, because this was just another one of their emails in which I constantly, clearly stated I just want to return my items for a refund as I could not wear them, and they refused to refund, only to offer exchanges or extra items as an add-on to what I'd already paid for,

I ended up having to submit a credit card complaint, and suddenly, without response from Deneva, they refunded my money back, finally.

Do not purchase from them unless you're ready to waste time back and forth trying to return an item that might not fit you. There are other online boutiques selling similar items that make returns fast, easy, and free, and those are the ones that should earn your trust and business as a returning buyer.

awful

Jeans are very cheap fabric, not comfortable. they run very short. I'm 5'6", received the regular length and they are at least 3 inches too short. I followed all the directions for returning and haven't received a response in over a week. So I'm out $30 that I could have and should have spent on my kids.
