W a s mislead on the site for the product. They need to make the customer aware that it is not for the product but credit towards future purchases. Was not happy with r h their response. T hank you

1 star. This website is a scam.
I purchased a gift card for $29.20 on April 15, 2026 through their TikTok ad. Order # ofr-5U5aBFJI6PUGJ9b. I never received the gift card code or any confirmation email.

When I contacted support, the "Escalation Team" replied and said they would only process my refund if I first post a 4 or 5-star Trustpilot review mentioning "Emily helped solve my problem". They literally made my refund conditional on writing a fake positive review.

This violates Trustpilot's guidelines and is illegal under consumer protection laws. A legitimate company processes refunds without blackmailing customers.

I had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back. Do not trust this website. The gift card was never delivered and they try to manipulate their Trustpilot rating with forced fake reviews.

Update: My bank confirmed this was fraudulent behavior and issued a chargeback

Denimtique has a wide variety of merchandise and I was able to receive a full refund and I would definitely recommend using this company in the future.

After I attempted to make 1 purchase I got charged 4 other times by 3 different companies all using the same address...what a coincidence! Then there is the rude and I mean RUDE support team. Scion or whatever his name is talked at me like he was a big shot and then told me to come look at the building to see for myself. Was i just challenged by some schmuck to come to his office? Scion, you don't want that,little man. I am smarter, mean, and will make you cry with a verbal attack that would make Jeff Ross cry! Avoid this company, they are crooks. If I could give 0 stars....I WOOUUULD!!!

They were easy to get in touch with, they respond to emails in a timely manner. Brenda was helpful with resolving my complaint.

Beware of any free trial promotions as per them they don't offer anything like that so it must be a scam someone's running that's not involving the company apparently.

Thus far my concerns are being taken care of. In this moment Im not sure if there has been follow thru. I can not accurately rate satisfaction until the situation is finalized.

I dont know what the date of expiration is referencing. I can not trace when the purchase was made.
