They don’t answer phone or emails
The dentists aren’t actual dentists it’s nurses that look at you first and decide if you need a dentist or not
Which I feel is wrong
I’ve been sent home before and told nothing wrong , Infact had an infection was very unwell
My son was told nothing wrong and then to be told he should have had teeth out months ago and filling
The staff are rude
Unhelpful
Phone lines are diabolical

They do not answer the phone so impossible to reschedule appointments or ask them anything. I have received text message appointment reminders for appointments I have not even made. Not a friendly atmosphere generally but they have you over a barrel as they are offering NHS.

My family (kids and my mother in law) had great experience with this practice. Whoever we saw was very professional and offered helpful advice. Filipa is brilliant dentist and hygienist, my mother in law wants to only go to her now, but other dentists and therapists were great with us and kids. Great communication with reception staff, they always listened and tried to be flexible with school, work etc

I've had great treatment from the dentist at this practice and have found them very helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Relatively new nhs “dentist”
If you have the IQ of a dish cloth then only then would you use this so called dental practice, they take shambles to the next level, the little school girls who work there come in and out of the treatment rooms when your having treatment, they have “therapist” doing what they call dental work, they cancel appointments left right and centre to suit themselves, and I’ve over heard them talking about calling customers to cancel there appointments to suit them, they are absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Honestly go somewhere else and pay for treatment. I’m just hoping one day soon this so called practice gets closed down and I don’t think it will be to long until that happens. - embarrassing shambles

Appointments constantly cancelled and reception rude, refuse to even resolve the issue. Practice manager refuses to acknowledge complaints. Impossible to get hold of on the phone.

Paul and Shumin - so patient, so caring. They were fantastic and made me feel comfortable. Very professional too. I met them both for my hygienist appt in the afternoon.

The dentist I saw earlier in the day, and her assistant (no names captured sorry) were equally as lovely!

The practice really impressed me during my (first ever) visit on Tuesday 5th August.

I've booked around 6 appointments now and each one has been rescheduled for a new one. I feel like crying, I haven't had a check up since pre COVID and I have old fillings crumbling away. It's so disheartening, paying private is my only option even though I can't afford it. Just wish I could be seen
