I ma leaving a second review because of the amazing service I received. I got to the airport to check in for my flight home and I had left my passport in the transfer and missed my flight.
I had no Internet and no way of contacting anyone. I was able to get in contact with Aldus from dentaverse and he contacted the hotel and the driver of the the transfer and found my passport. Ayse also checked the clinic for me at 9pm at night to see if my passport was there. Aldus spoke with a taxi driver to explain where to take me back to the hotel so I didn't get ripped off. The extra night I had in the hotel was already covered by dentaverse and they sent the driver of the transfer who's name is Ferdi to collect me the following day with my passport and to bring me to the airport again. What was already a very stressful situation was made so much easier from the service and help that these lovely people gave to me.
The only expense I had was another flight and from what could have been a terrible situation was made to be just a minor one. These guys are really lovely and could not recommend them more to anyone thinking of coming to Izmir in turkey for dental treatment ♥️

I’ve just got back from DENTAVERSE., staff were all very friendly and helpful. My dentist dr Metin and his assistant Etam were extremely patient and helpful as I am not the best patient due to my fear of dentists. They did everything possible to make sure that I was calm and the procedure was done step by step. ABDULLAH speaks fluent English and translates everything for you so no worries there. He is genuinely such a helpful person and explains everything to you at every point so you’re not left wondering what is going on. It’s scary in a different country but everyone is so lovely and makes you feel welcome.Berat was my patient coordinator and put everything in place from the very beginning of my visit with transport and appointments everything is so well organised. The driver picks up and drops off at every appointment and airport transfer , always on time as well which is a big bonus.
I am going back in August for my second part but have no worries about my visit as I’m so impressed with my first one.
Would definitely recommend this company for all dental procedures.

After contacting Dentaverse, I was in constant contact with Berat (medical consultant) who was very helpful and reassuring about my dental journey I was about to start, and was there for me from start to finish. Once I’d made my decision on the date I was coming, I was then receiving all the details from Aldus (patient coordinator)all very professional and caring and very knowledgeable on the treatment I was about to receive.
On my arrival at the clinic, we were introduced to Aldus that explained absolutely everything about what was going to be done.
Once the X-rays and consultation, the treatment began. My treatment was performed by DR.Secil with her assistant Berfu. They are the most loveliest, kindest, caring people you could wish to meet, and what they have done to my smile is absolutely perfect and has boosted my confidence no end.
I one hundred percent recommend Dentaverse for a highly professional service.

I have received first class service from the moment the clinic was recommended to me. Fantastic communication with Abdullah my patient coordinator before even leaving the UK. I was given a total price for treatment and at no point was there any pressure to change to it by adding anything ‘unforeseen.’
A very well organised airport transfer and daily clinic transfers are included. They sourced a wonderful hotel for me as well, all included in the price and Abdullah will even find flights for you.
Dr Secil and Berfu her assistant put me at ease from the very beginning and were extremely professional and caring, with every stage of the treatment fully explained beforehand. The technology they have at their disposal is incredible.
I am halfway through my treatment and will return in early October for the final fitting of my bridges and implant crowns and I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing them all again as friends, as well as clinicians. The clinic is situated in an upmarket area and is a beautiful villa by the sea.
I did a huge amount of research before undertaking this treatment and it can be a minefield of information and false promises. I am so glad I chose Dentaverse, so much so, one of my colleagues is having treatment there, later in the year on my recommendation.

Besonders Danke ich Abdullah mein Ansprechpartner für alles mögliche und Dr Metin der ist sehr gut in seinem Fach das Ergebnis ist einfach nur Perfekt ich hatte viele extra Wünsche die wurden mir genauso erfüllt wie ich es wollte sogar noch besser, habe meinen Bruder Dentaverse empfohlen und in 2 Wochen ist er dann auch da in Izmir.

Tatsächlich würde ich sogar 10 Sterne geben.

My experience at Dentaverse has been better than I could ever have imagined! From start to finish everyone was amazing and the communication was perfect. I was in contact with Ayse before I booked to come and she explained everything. Then when I booked she made me feel so comfortable as I was coming alone. Dr Seçil was so gentle with me and I had minimal pain which I was very surprised about as I thought there was going to be more pain! Dr Seçil is amazing and she absolutely perfected my new smile! This is a review for Dentaverse.com Izmir Turkey. I was recommended Dentaverse by a couple of people I knew after they had received treatment there. I found this very helpful as there are so many dental facilities in Turkey to choose from. It was nice to hear their lived experience and actually see the finished results in person. They had very positive things to say about Dentaverse which reassured me to go ahead with a treatment plan. I made contact and was linked up with Abdullah. my personal patient care co-ordinator. He assisted me every step of the way. I cannot thank him enough. He allied any fears I had, was very precise and clear with his communication skills. He was also very compassionate and supportive towards me. I was under the care of Dr Secil who was my dentist and her assistant Berfu. They were both very professional in their care and attention. They made sure I was OK at all times. I also had a medical consultant called Berat who was also at hand to answers any questions around my treatment plan. He was very professional and polite. I found the plan I had was seamless, from being picked up from the airport, planning my hotel stay, transporting me back and forth to the Dentaverse clinic and taking me back to the airport to return home. I found the facility to be very clean and professional. I am now back home in England and plan to return for completion of my treatment in July. I would highly recommend Dentaverse.

Meine Erfahrung mit Dentaverse Turkey: 12 Implantate und ein neues Lebensgefühl
Nachdem ich nun nach meinem zweiten Besuch hochzufrieden nach Hause geflogen bin, möchte ich meine Erfahrungen teilen. Wer eine Zahnbehandlung im Ausland plant, weiß, wie schwer die Entscheidung fällt – ich selbst habe vier Monate lang recherchiert, bevor ich mich für Dentaverse Turkey entschieden habe.
Die Vorbereitungsphase & Entscheidung
Was Dentaverse deutlich von der Konkurrenz abhebt, ist der professionelle Erstkontakt. Während ich von anderen Kliniken täglich mit SMS und WhatsApp-Nachrichten bombardiert wurde (oft ohne dass meine eigentlichen Fragen beantwortet wurden), war mein medizinischer Berater bei Dentaverse Berat das komplette Gegenteil. Er schickte mir auf Nachfrage alle benötigten Informationen, ohne mich zu belästigen oder unter Druck zu setzen. Dies, zusammen mit den vielen positiven Foreneinträgen, gab den Ausschlag für meine Wahl.
Die Behandlung (Oktober 2025 & März 2026)
Im Oktober 2025 wurden mir alle Zähne gezogen und insgesamt 12 Implantate eingesetzt. Ein Eingriff dieser Größenordnung ist natürlich mit Sorgen verbunden, aber ich kann sagen: Die gesamte Behandlung war völlig schmerzfrei.
Atmosphäre & Koordination
Schon bei meinem ersten Besuch fiel mir das besondere Klima in der Klinik auf: Es ist locker und sympathisch, aber gleichzeitig hochgradig diszipliniert und professionell.
Ein besonderes Lob verdient Patientenkoordinator Abdullah. Er ist das Herzstück der Organisation und zeichnet für das Wohlbefinden der Patienten von A bis Z verantwortlich. Man fühlt sich zu jeder Zeit betreut und gut aufgehoben.
Fazit nach dem zweiten Besuch
Nach der Einheilzeit bin ich nun für die finale Versorgung zurückgekehrt. Das Ergebnis ist perfekt. Wer eine Klinik sucht, die nicht mit aggressivem Marketing, sondern mit fachlicher Kompetenz, ehrlicher Beratung und einem tollen Team überzeugt, ist bei Dentaverse Turkey genau richtig.

I decided to go to Dentaverse after not being able to afford the same work i needed back in the UK and after reading various reviews.

I was initially quite nervous as I needed a significant amount of work doing but straight away after meeting with them I felt much more relaxed and comfortable.

From the start I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at Dentaverse. Every step of the way, how friendly, helpful, professional and transparent everyone has been has been incredible. I think what really sets them apart is them being a smaller family run business they really care and it shows with their level of detail compared to a huge company where you are just more of a statistic than a person.

A special thank you must go to my Surgeon Dr. Seçil, her assistant Berfu who have quite literally given me my smile back, a smile i could never have imagined i would of been so happy with, whos attention to detail and meticulous work has led to such incredible result.

Ich war letzte Woche zum zweiten Mal bei Dentaverse. Letztes Jahr wurden vier Implantate eingesetzt, die einige Monate einwachsen mussten. Daneben wurden meine eigenen Zähne mit Kronen versehen.

Auch diesmal hat alles wieder super geklappt. Von der Abholung vom Flughafen bis zu den Behandlungen in der Klinik.

Meine Lieblings-Zahnärztin Dr. Seçil hat alles perfekt betäubt und die eingewachsenen Implantate freigelegt. Ich habe überhaupt nichts gespürt.
Nur zwei Tage später kamen die Kronen darauf und es hat auf Anhieb alles perfekt gepasst.

Auf meinen Wunsch hat die liebe Dr. Seçil meine Lippen noch mit Hyaloron gespritzt.

Jetzt habe ich wunderschöne weiße gesunde Zähne und wunderschöne Russian Lips.

Es ist so ein tolles Gefühl wieder vollständige und schöne Zähne zu haben. Ich muss nicht mehr beim Lachen aufpassen, dass man meine Lücken sieht. Ich kann einfach herzhaft lachen.

Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei dem gesamten Team bedanken. Es hat einfach rundum alles perfekt geklappt. Ganz besonders bedanke ich mich bei der Zahnärztin Dr. Seçil für die wunderbare Behandlung. Sie hat sich stets Zeit genommen, alles perfekt erklärt, was sie gerade macht und ich habe fast keine Schmerzen gehabt.

Auch bei ihrem Mann Berat möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken für seine Geduld mir all meine Fragen zu beantworten. Er war jederzeit da, wenn man Hilfe brauchte oder Fragen hatte.

Ich kann jedem Dentaverse von Herzen empfehlen. Die Klinik ist modern und sauber und die Zahnärzte und Assistenten auf dem höchsten Niveau ausgebildet. Egal ob ihr alleine kommt oder mit einer Begleitperson, ihr werdet euch auf jeden Fall wohlfühlen.

I arrived at turkey not knowing what to expect..didnt have a clue what to do...aldus made me feel welcome and looked after me with any queriesi had...he is a polite and genuine person who made me feel that i belonged .dentaverse picked me up from the airport with a smile..took me to the hotel were I was staying...they let me know in advance everything what was going to happen which made my anxiety relax....I got to the clinic and felt very very welcome...they treated me like a vip ..they picked me up on time everytime from the hotel and taken to the the clinic..aldus was a person who made me feel so welcome and looked after me...if I had a problem he would go out of his way to sort it...I havng traveled to any country before..but aldus was a diamond of a person..his attitude was absolutely perfect 🥰..I recommend dentaverse to anyone who is wanting oral surgery..the surgeon was tip top...he was fast .accurate and made me feel like I belonged...I have nothing bad to say about my experience...they are a good team all round..but aldus dosnt get paid enough for the way he goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and sort any problems that might arise..which I dought any would...as I said a good experience all round on both visits..

I accompanied my husband for his first week of his treatment . His nerves were at a high , but as soon as we arrived at the clinic and met by all of the staff , he was so amazed by the way he was reassured and talked through everything and they was all so nice and with the artillery for each day being on time . Service that I received has been excellent throughout my treatment. Both visits ran smoothly and Aldus was excellent at arranging accommodation, pick ups, translating and keeping me informed at all times. It’s a great clinic with a lovely family atmosphere and I would recommend it to anyone.

I couldn’t fault Dentaverse from start to finish.

This clinic appealed to me in many ways, the UK Co-ordinator Hazel, answered every one of my questions without delay and with expertise. They have a UK clinic which gave me peace of mind should there be any problems that meant that I didn’t have to return to Turkey for minor issues. The price they quoted was also very competitive.

My journey started 25 Jan, when we were
met by our chauffeur Ferdi at the airport and who transported us to the hotel, clinic and hospital in his luxury vehicle with a smile on his face and always offering to help.

Aldus the Turkish Co-Ordinator was by my side every step of the way and he translated everything that was said in a way I could understand easily. He showed lots of compassion, empathy and nothing was too much trouble for him.

The clinic, dental surgeon and the staff were professional, and helpful and Ayesha was kind and caring.

Unfortunately due to underlying health issues that were discovered while I was there I was unable to proceed with the treatment I was hoping for (all on 6 dental implants top and bottom)

I am ever so grateful that this condition was found and goes to show that Dentaverse do really care about the health of their patients.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement but if I ever get the chance to go back to Turkey, I wouldn’t hesitate to give Aldus a call and put my dream of a new smile back in their hands.

Atenciosos, cuidadosos, sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar desde as visitas á clinica como tudo o que este processo envolve. Hoje acabei o tratamento, estou super feliz, mais confiante graças a estes profissionais que me deram um sorriso novo. Dentes perfeitos não podia querer melhor.
