My experience at Dentzz has been amazing, it’s been a long journey, however, the results have been amazing, in particular, Dr Akash and Dr Jyotsana, they were very patient and caring and I have not experienced this level of patience and care anywhere else. Also, the assistants and Reena and Geeta are so lovely, always very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Dentzz without any hesitation. Thank you so much Dentzz for my lovely crowns and a very special thanks to Dr Akash.

I observe in today's NEWS that an Indian dental clinic spruiking lower cost dentistry to Australians has had hundreds of fake reviews removed. All the issues that I experienced with sudden cost increases when in their clinic, numerous clients from Australia are being fleeced with increased costs.
I have written in this forum of my negative experience dating back to 2011 with DENTZZ, after all the documentation from Australian prosthodontists, oral surgeons, specialist dentists etc they continue to shy away from compensation and any contact for resolution.
I must also mention that TRUSTPILOT under pressure from DENTZZ banned me in the past from continued writing about my negative experiences with them. It will be interesting to see what awaits?

I am considering overseas dental work. I came across Dentzz which on the surface appeared to have great reviews. However, I caution everybody to do your homework. I sent Dentzz my x-rays and received a generic quote to remove all my teeth (not necessary), I told them exactly what was needed as per my dentists' recommendations and received two ballpark quotes. The first quote was under $5k, (stupid), the next was $11K. I was able to meet (via FB) several people who had had work done in India by this company and each one told me that their quote was x and when you arrived and were having the work done it would rise exponentially maybe by as much as 6 times of the original quote. I telephoned to speak to Rupali, what a rude woman after all the fob-offs and concerns when speaking with her, I decided then that I would not proceed with any further communications with them, the risks were too great. I have been dealing with a couple of other dentists in other countries who have been amazing to deal with and have all the time in the world to work through my issues without being condescending.

Money grabbing scam where they overbill while you’re in the chair on anaesthetics and say you consented, pay at least 50% more than budgeted Then suffer with botched jobs when you’re back home! They’d have their licenses cancelled in any western country. There’s NO quality control or recourse and their “warranty” is lip service even if written on paper there’s no way of enforcing it in India.

Always ask for itemised quotes and bills signed from Dentzz Dental Mumbai and do not pay big upfront deposits as refunds are difficult to acquire...
