Very friendly representative with great communication. Easy to use platform. Really appreciate the call to inform me the emails were there and the call to let me know it was approved and issued, as emails can sometimes be missed. Very happy with the service.

This company is absolutely amazing!!!
From our initial enquiry through to a deposit of our Deposit Bond payment when our cooling off period was up.Unbelievably awesome. The customer service representatives were so lovely, very helpful, knowledgeable , reassuring, friendly and understanding. These people KNOW customer service!!
Our money was all tied up in our existing property and having a 10% deposit handy in this day and age, any really, was not an option until we spoke to Deposit Assured
All I can say is WOW WOW WOW!! We would highly recommend this company.
