I would give a zero stars if I could. We purchased a shed from a dealer in Farmington MO. We were told 2 weeks for delivery and they came in 3.The guy who came to deliver it, first wanted to turn around because of a bridge which has a sign labeled 18 tons on it . We have had semis-with heavy equipment on it. We sent our grandson to lead him in another way. Then he gets there and demands an extra $75 from my wife in order to put the shed in. She was going to give it to him just to get the shed in, but he then got mad cause it was in a check form. He was going to drag the shed with no dolly in the back of it across our stone drive way, front and side yards and when she asked him about it he got mad again. All she wanted was the shed put where we wanted it and was told it would be. He then decided to leave with the shed. We have pictures of him leaving and he drove over the bridge to get out cause that"s the only way you can get out the way he was driving (so he wasn't too worried about the bridge). He also had a dolly on the truck ( we have pictures). So we all the company and he says my wife was beligerent, I promise you she was anything but, she wanted that shed in. Finally the company tells us that they will refund all the money EXCEPT THE DELIVERY FEE. Are you kidding me. Now we have $1000 worth of wood precut into shelves for that shed along with storage containers which are sitting in our front car port and trailer because We have no where to put them. We have excellent credit and we didn't get it by doing business like this. In my life I have never seen anyone in business do this. The man on the phone kept saying well he is really religious. We are Christians, What the Heck does that have to do with anything. Does that give them the right to treat people like this . Especially getting there with the shed and then demanding more money in order to put it in. That seems like a bit of shake down to me. I wasn't there, because I was traveling at the time so he was dealing with my wife and my grandson who was there in case he needed help. We are busy disputing the delivery charge and we will deal with the rest. Whatever you do stay away from this company imo.
