This company has been a nightmare to deal with
This company has been a nightmare to work with. I was going to buy the product, then rep started "pushing" better creams to go along with device. Then I told her "NO", not intersted. THEN, she told me about a membership. With a membership, I'd get the device + basic creams AND be able to order any other products and only pay for shipping. I agreed to a 1 month membership to be paid in installments through AFTERPAY. After a week, I had received nothing, or not even tracking. The rep called to see how I liked my product. I explained that I've not received AND could not log into the site to order (Meanwhile, I was 1 week into membership). After several calls and no luck with the password they gave me, I told them to cancel the entire transaction since it was TOTALLY useless. I have several emails as well as text requesting this. Well, 1 month after ordering, Afterpay charged my card $82.60 TWICE at the same time. Afterpay cannot refund without verification from them. Today I spoke to Hassam at main number. He told me that I was never to receive any product (NOPE, not what I was told) and that they could not refund me, but he would make sure that I get the product and that he would "fix" the password issue. I argued with him and told him if there is a money back guarantee, why is that not good on a product not received. It is a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE...meaning they will keep sending products until satisfied. Now I will cancel my payment card and file complaints anywhere possible. FYI: I filed complaints through BBB, Louisiana Attorney General's office & FTC. I also had to cancel my bank card and dispute charges.
