This company has been a nightmare to work with. I was going to buy the product, then rep started "pushing" better creams to go along with device. Then I told her "NO", not intersted. THEN, she told me about a membership. With a membership, I'd get the device + basic creams AND be able to order any other products and only pay for shipping. I agreed to a 1 month membership to be paid in installments through AFTERPAY. After a week, I had received nothing, or not even tracking. The rep called to see how I liked my product. I explained that I've not received AND could not log into the site to order (Meanwhile, I was 1 week into membership). After several calls and no luck with the password they gave me, I told them to cancel the entire transaction since it was TOTALLY useless. I have several emails as well as text requesting this. Well, 1 month after ordering, Afterpay charged my card $82.60 TWICE at the same time. Afterpay cannot refund without verification from them. Today I spoke to Hassam at main number. He told me that I was never to receive any product (NOPE, not what I was told) and that they could not refund me, but he would make sure that I get the product and that he would "fix" the password issue. I argued with him and told him if there is a money back guarantee, why is that not good on a product not received. It is a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE...meaning they will keep sending products until satisfied. Now I will cancel my payment card and file complaints anywhere possible. FYI: I filed complaints through BBB, Louisiana Attorney General's office & FTC. I also had to cancel my bank card and dispute charges.

I ORDERED A $89.00 UNIT ON 6/3/26 AND…

I ORDERED A $89.00 UNIT ON 6/3/26 AND CANCELED IT ON 6/4/26 AFTER I REVIEWED WHAT I WAS CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT, IT WAS A $208.82 & $102.82 CHARGES FOR ITEMS I DID NOT ORDER. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THEIR PROPER REPS ON THE PHONE AND I JUST KEEP GETTING DIRECTED TO ANOTHER NUMBER (786-496-1971) THAT IS SUPPOSELY THEIR CUSTOMER RETURNS AGENT AND THE PHONE JUST DISCONNECTS. THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY AND I DO NOT WANT THEIR UNOPENED PRODUCTS, I WANT A FULL REFUND

Ordered 1 product and then they started charging me every month for a membership which I never agreed to apparently they have some fine print so it hard to get it taken off the credit card so I am out 200 plus dollars so this is basically a scam
Try call to cancel good luck with that

I tried to cancel my order only a couple of hours after placing it & it was denied. I have been charged different amounts 3 - 1 for equipment, 1 for “Upgrade”, and 1 for “membership” I was totally unaware of. I requested refunds & was denied each time. After SEVERAL emails to this company, they finally canceled the “membership”, at least. I have not even tried the equipment. If it is anything like their policies and customer service, I’m sure it will be a big disappointment. Please BEWARE of DermaDream and the small print.

This company does not accept returns…

This company does not accept returns under any circumstances. They said it’s in their policies and do NOT care that I was dissatisfied with their product. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY ATE SEVERELY OVERPRICED!!!

Extremely difficult to cancel – repeated runaround
I would not recommend Derma Dream based on my experience.
I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription and keep receiving the same generic responses saying my request is being “forwarded” instead of actually being processed. This has now happened several times with no resolution.
Their website cancellation process does not work, and customer service continues to delay instead of taking action.
At this point, I’ve had to escalate the issue to external agencies and consider disputing the charges with my bank.
If you are thinking about signing up, be aware that canceling may not be straightforward and could turn into a frustrating, time‑consuming process.

My own experience is what I will comment on - I thought their product looked good and so went thru thei video and decided to get the myoglo pro. But I was charged for 2 products, the myoglo and the myoglo pro, a total of $420 instead of the $197 plus tax. It was a very frustrating situation to get this correct (multiple calls, emails and text) as they kept trying to tell you it was $420. Thankfully I kept their info showing that I was being charged for 2 items. Finally after several days they reimbursed me. I asked them to cancel any subscriptions that might have been attached to these orders but they didn’t and I was charged $50 and they said they couldn’t reimburse me. They said the second time that they cancelled everything but I called my credit card company and filed a complaint. Had to cancel that card to end this madness.
The other thing is they don’t give you a starter set of the products you need. They give you the No-Tox, which you use as the last step. So the phone calls begin trying to sell you the other products you need to use this device. I had phone calls saying that they were my person to buy anything and to hang up on anyone else. I must have had over 10 people calling or texting me!
So even if the device works I personally would never buy from this company again. Maybe others have a better experience

Unless you are made of money, skip this one

Unless you have hundreds of dollars to spend, skip this. After you initially purchase there are many hidden costs. I ordered, Then cancelled after a consultation with a phone rep who tried selling me even more items I supposedly needed to make this work. I didn't try it, so maybe it works. I just don't have the hundreds of dollars to try it. Maybe they should put the full cost upfront instead of wasting people's time. I did however receive my refund after I had already been charged after I cancelled, so I do need to give them credit for that.
