I subscribe to Dermatica as an easy way…

I subscribe to Dermatica as an easy way to get Tretinoin. I will say that I do think that Agency formulas are much better (their regimen in general), but is also too expensive. Dermatica is affordable, but you get what you pay for.

I have had Severe Melasma since giving…

I have had Severe Melasma since giving birth to my first child, after the 3rd child it only got worst. I have tried so many different medications etc. This stuff is a miracle! After 1 month I can say I barely have anymore Melasma.

Love Dermatica

I have been using Dermaticas tret and niacinamide for anti aging going on a year & a half now. I love the product. My skin has shown lots of improvement. Its usually dry but now I actually have glow and my fiber lines are far less noticeable. My texture also looks so much better. I could get tret from several other companies but why leave? My deliveries are always on time or early. The customer service always responds under 24 hours and they check in every 2 to 3 months. As long as nothing changes I'll never go anywhere else. The only small negative was they use to let you pay once a month and you would get your tret monthly. Now you double up & pay every 2 months and get 2 tubes of tret. I preferred it monthly but it's not horrible as long as they dont keep wanting to change it. I like to be in control of how I want to pay. Anyway I highly recommend Dermatica. Their skincare is great too especially the squalene facial cleanser. I love it

Nothing but a stellar experience

I have nothing but positive things to say. Based on the results I’ve gotten in four months of use, my specific formulation seems to be exactly what I was needing for fine lines, skin texture, and hyperpigmentation. I really appreciate their gradual onboarding process with tretinoin and other components. This took a lot of guess-work and adjusting completely out of the picture.

Customer service has been very responsive and able to answer all of my questions. I have no reservations about any future customer service needs.

I especially like that they don’t email you with promos or any other spam. They also don’t push any other products on you, even in their suggested skincare routine guidance. Dermatica does one thing, and they do it exceptionally well with no fuss.

Each pump dispenser is the perfect amount of product for the month, and it’s very reasonably priced for the product and kind of service you are getting. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Dermatica.

Received and empty bottle

I was recently shopped a bundle of two products at a time without knowing because I had been setup to only receive one every 30 days but they switched to 2 every 60 days so the $60 was an unexpected charge because I had only been charged $30 up until that point. And then I realized one of the bottles that was shipped was empty! So I paid $60 for one bottle and all they’re saying is they’ll send a return label to send back the empty bottle and investigate. I’m canceling my subscription!

An email was sent out in July informing our patients of the change from our 28 day shipment frequency to the 56 day shipment frequency. We would always recommend checking your SPAM if you have not received this. To highlight the changes made; each treatment will work out at $29.98 however they will be shipped at the same time every 56 days, and the payment for both treatments will be taken 3-5 working days prior to the shipment.

With regards to the bottle you received, we do apologise about the inconvenience! When a bottle is unable to dispense treatment, this may be due to air trapped inside the pump. We would always ask first that you try to pump the dispenser 40 times in quick succession, as sometimes the pump can require repeated attempts before working.

You can also try holding the pump in your left hand with the pump facing the floor and use your right hand to hit the bottom of the bottle, Occasionally air gets trapped in the tube and this will force it out.If this has not resolved the issue, we can send you a return label so we can investigate the issue, and dispatch a replacement treatment for you. I don't feel heard

I don't feel heard. I feel that they just throw anything at you just to say they tried to address your concerns. I completed my profile including my skin concerns, length of time I've been under the care of my previous dermatologist and two unsuccessful prescribed treatments of 0.1% tretinoin and 15% azelaic acid cream (which was prescribed by a dermatologist). However, after I informed them I was having an allergic reaction to the treatment they prescribed they sent me a new treatment of 0.1% tretinoin and 15% azelaic acid. The same treatment I used for two years with my previous dermatologist that I had already reported being unsuccessful. So, in my opinion based on my person experience with Dermatica I do not feel that they take the time to actually listen to their clients.

Strengths of ingredients chosen also reflects the need to balance the benefit delivered by the medication versus any side effects and this can be titrated up or down accordingly according to your needs.

I wish it was more permanent the cream I noticed when you stop use the cream the dark brown spots come back.

Whilst our treatments can help manage the concerns we cannot guarantee that they will not return once you stop the treatment. 

Melasma is affected by  a number of factors so once a treatment has been stopped it is hard to stop the pigmentation from reappearing.  Please note that our treatments are safe to use long term and we can switch between melasma treatments and maintenance treatments as and when necessary.

Vacation Supply!

I was just eight days away from leaving on a two-week vacation when I realized that I would run out of Tretinoin at some point fairly early in my trip. Panicked, I sent an email to Dermatica, asking if I could have a vacation supply to take with me. The very next day, I received an email telling me that this would be no problem at all! Two days later, I received another email saying that my new order had been shipped!

Seeing an improvement of my facial lines

I really would like to expedite my skin process. I did not get any flaking, so I was hoping, I could get a stronger version of Dematica I have seen slight changes with the product. also, when you sent one of the emails, suggesting I could save money by ordering a 4-month script, I was unable to get directly into the site, to do that. it would have been easier.

Great experience!

I have oily skin and I'm able to enjoy their compound formula for hyperpigmentation by itself, without a moisturizer. Questions were answered promptly, shipping was on time. Your dashboard has all the information you need about current and future treatment, payment schedule, dispatch date and more...

Amazing all the way around

Dermatica has made getting great skin easy. The Dermatica team and customer service are amazing, they go into detail and answer all questions. My skin is showing results, I'm loving my personalized formula, its so worth it. I love how they keep in contact and answer swiftly.

I find the whole Dermatica experience…

I find the whole Dermatica experience to be a scam. Caused severe bad reaction and acne on my face and continued to charge me after I canceled. They did not notify me when they are charging me again and it is such a scam.

I would like to confirm that all charges were taken prior to cancellation and unfortunately there was no mention of side effects on your account otherwise we would ask to review these for you to ensure the treatment is correct and we are still on the same path 
When you first start using prescription topical treatment, you may notice your skin becoming red and flaky as you have described. The treatments can also make your skin feel dry and tight as well as give you a burning, itching, or stinging sensation.

If the dryness, peeling, and/or redness are still uncomfortable for you, try applying your moisturizer first, waiting 3-5 minutes for it to absorb, and then apply your topical treatment to your face.
Alternatively, you can minimise any peeling by using the product every other night

Please be advised that with your first treatment you will receive a treatment guide that will explain how to integrate your Dermatica treatment into your routine, this guide will also contain some handy tips to minimise any side effects that you may experience. Every skin and its journey is different. Sometimes dryness, itchiness and redness is a part of the process your skin needs to go through to get the results
