Worst Customer Service – 😡Excuses Instead of Solutions!

I had a terrible experience 😮‍💨with Dermatics and their so-called customer support. I ordered five skincare products, but the delivery box arrived damaged with a big hole😤, exposing the products inside. When I checked after reaching home, I found that two of the products had their seals already opened.

I immediately contacted Dermatics via email and WhatsApp, attaching clear photos, but for days, no real response—only automated messages saying, "Our team will contact you as soon as possible." Finally, when they did reply, their response was:

"The seal of the product has been damaged during transportation. There is no damage. All products you received are 100% original."

Seriously? If the seal is broken, how can you claim there is "no damage"? A broken seal means the product is not in its original condition! Instead of taking responsibility and offering a replacement or refund, they just gave me an excuse and expected me to accept it.

Dermatics' customer support is useless—only automated chats, no real person to speak to. If you care about quality products and real customer service, avoid buying from them!

Honest opinion

This is in regards to my last order 145646. Before I document my issue, let me say I have been ordering from Dermatics for quite a while, maybe 2-3 years. I wasn't aware that we need to make an unboxing video everytime we receive a product, which is something they ask for when raising a complaint. My mistake.
Since I never had an issue before, I opened my recent order which is a hair conditioner, and used as usual on Jan 04th a few days after getting my order. When using this 'conditioner' which by the way I have been using for the past year, it had no smell, no shape, foam like and washed away without affecting the water (white colour). After washing my hair, and letting it dry, my hair turned hard like when you get out of a swimming pool with Chlorine.
I raised a complaint, and the response I got was 'the seal was broken in transit' but the product is 100% real. My question is about quality and not even about the seal.
Anyway, I ordered the same product from Apollo 247, paid like 50 rs. more and it's genuine. Same smell, consistency and hair is soft like before after using it.
My advice Pay little more and order your derma products from a pharmacy store like Apollo, Netmeds, Pharmeasy or like Amazon, where they will take returns of the quality is bad. This place is not worth the discount for the quality.

I ordered product from dermatics…

I ordered product from dermatics website out of 4 products, 2 products was missing, even when i tried to reach them through mail and mailed all photo of product and box they are only asking for unboxing video which i didnt took as this is the first time I experienced such situation where product has missing in package.
Bad experience ,will not buy again my money got wasted on my expensive medicine which they didnt deliver

Don't buy from dermatics india

I had a bad experience from them..when i got the hair serum anaboom pro from them, the seal was already cut and dirty.. Couldn't find any pamphlet inside the box..when i contacted them, they say that the seal was cut during transportation and they said the product is genuine.And they didn't accept return or refund. (I had the unboxing video.)But how is it possible that the outer box is fine and only the inner cart is damaged?How can a reputed company says that a broken seal is safe?Now i filed a complaint in consumer forum.. So pls avoid ordering from them..

wrong products delivered

I got wrong products delivered. I wrote a mail regarding this but there was no reply. Tried calling them multiple times, but they didn't receive my call. Money just got wasted.

Worst website

Worst website. I received fake product, I came to know by checking the smell of this with the original product and when I mailed them for the return request I got no reply. Even after sending many requests no use . Money got wasted . Very very bad experience.buy only from trusted websites . This is completely fake .

I ordered epidue cream which wasn't…

I ordered epidue cream which wasn't delivered to me. The courier guy came said he can't hand over the cream because my mobile number with them is incorrect. I have not received my order yet. Dermatics contact number is not answering even though I find it busy so the customer care is delebrately not answering. It's a fraud company. Please don't order from here.

Overall good experience

Though the delivery took about 5 days (which was fine with me as I didn't need it urgently), the products are cheaper than other websites with nice discounts on ordering in groups
