I had this product for one month. The charger broke. From day 1 it would not fit properly into the receptacle that connects to the product. Now, I can not use it because the charger broke and I do not know how to get another one to replace it. The only contact is instagram and facebook . I was lucky to find these reviews . It seems others had the same charger issue. Furthermore, you should provide a contact number for customer service for issues such as these. Please contact me to resolve this via this platform on trust pilot.

Have used this for several weeks now and can definitely see improvement in smoothness of neck area. Easy to use, and like the three levels of light therapy. Use green on neck and jaw, and red on forehead area. The Dermawell serum is very effective to aid tool in gliding smoothly over skin. Ordering process was good, and was kept informed about order status.

I had experience with red light therapy in the past so I knew I would like it. I can see changes in my smile lines.
I used the green light treatment yesterday and my face did seem brighter yesterday. I was quite pleased.
I wish I'd known about this 10 years ago.

Product was defective. Received it fully charged and ready for use. However was unable to charge unit as portal was defective & charging cord would not fit/connect. Contacted customer service. Provided pictures and video as requested showing the defect and inability to charge. This took no less than 10 emails from 2 different reps. FINALLY received confirmation I would receive new unit ONLY TO HAVE SAME STRING OF EMAILS REPEAT, ASKING AGAIN FOR PHOTO & VIDEO.
I've requested tracking information. Will give them another 5 business days to provide info. If not received i will ask for REFUND through my CC.
DO NOT BUY! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Stopped working and no one will get back to me

I’ve only had the device for about a week so it’s not enough time to make an authentic review. However, my charging cord does not work. I’ve had to use a different charging cable.

I saw no results

My online purchase was easy and the website is clear, transparent and informative. I received my products within the given time frame and love the bonus gifts.

Well, it’s been almost a month since I placed my order and still have not received the product. I’ve reached out via email asking for help in locating my order with no response. Did not know this item was coming from China, it is not being shipped from within the U.S. I know this takes extra time but this amount of time is ridiculous. Customer service is awful at best.

I have not recieved my purchase,when i emailed them as i felt like they were a fraudulant company and was going to contact my bank for a refund i was assured they werent but still havent recieved my purchase and have no up to date shipping or delivery details,i recieved a Yodel tracking 10 minutes after placing my order and now nothing.
Please dont waste your time or money on this company,they are fake, no goods just want your money and as i dont have a lot im upset that not only have i lost my money im too scared to order elsewhere incase it happens again,i just hope my bank can get my money back

I received a faulty unit - charging port was crooked and unable to charge. I emailed for 2 weeks trying to solve the issue - they wanted me to send the unit back AND pay for return shipping. They wanted a video of me trying to plug in the charger - i sent the video. They wanted ANOTHER video. Yeah, not happening. After several weeks of emails, they finally decided I could either get a refund or another unit. No thanks…just credit my card. Cheaply made product, terrible customer service!

I am enjoying impressive results even though it's just been a couple weeks. I am looking forward to seeing my results after using this devise for 2 or 3 months.

only used it twice so far, but the serum is nice and the light feels good. Will give two weeks before I have a solid review

Easy to use and I’ve seen an improvement with my skin. Firming. Plus using green light is reducing brown spots

I didn't see anything better. On your video's it look fabuleus but it does't work. Très déçu

I give a 1 star because I did not receive my dermawell yet. What's the hold up?
