Dermiqua Avis 

This FRAUDULENT company took my one time order and turned it into a subscription without my consent. I cancel the subscription every month and they place a new order every month without my consent. I report them every month to my credit card company and they reverse the charges. But then it happens again the following month. There is no product sent. The company is a total SCAM.

My experience with Dermiqua was actually quite good. If I had questions they answered via email on the same day that I inquired. They, (Issa), were very polite and researched a question that I had and provided very prompt answers. The product seems to be all that is advertised and arrived promptly. Overall an excellent experience.

Just a warning not to purchase! I have sent emails (10to be exact) to them since August to stop this subscription & they will not stop. The third month now I am still emailing them with no response and not acknowledging I DO NOT want this stuff.
Absolutely do not purchase. They are thieves and a scam I don’t want anyone else dealing with this. I finally had to cancel my card last night due to this.
Fake company and no telling what’s in the bottle because it’s not even listed on the bottle or the box. KP

★☆☆☆☆ — Clear cancellation requests ignored, charged again

An extremely frustrating experience. I clearly requested cancellation of my Dermiqua subscription on September 21, 2026, explicitly stating that I wanted no further orders or charges. Despite that, they charged my card again for $108.90.

When I challenged this, customer service asked me to produce a cancellation confirmation issued by THEM—even though my cancellation request and the previous correspondence were already included in the same email thread.

Instead of resolving the problem, they suggested my cancellation might not have been finalised and said I would have to pay return shipping for the unwanted order before they would review a refund. I am currently in Europe and cannot personally receive or return products sent to my US address.

Most frustratingly, their latest response still only OFFERED to cancel my subscription rather than clearly confirming that it had been cancelled. They also warned about “threatening messages” when I was trying to stop unwanted orders and recover my money.

Cancelling should not require repeated emails, arguments and checking your card for yet another charge. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against giving this company your payment details. I deeply regret doing so.

I unfortunately ordered this product and canceled immediately after and requested a refund. I did not know this is made in and is sent from China. Customer service is terrible. The product is like water yet burned my skin. Please save yourself the disappointment and avoid this company.

This company is a complete joke. I asked To cancel my subscription and they just ignore the request and ask to extend the timeline to 60 days then 90 days after telling them Cancel means cancel. No Well I see They charged me again. Do not fall for their scam.

These folks are pure scammers. You buy once and before you can even try the product, they are sending order after order and won't stop. I don't know if the product has any value but I can say they practice fraud in trying to send you multiple orders and charging your card without your authorization. STAY AWAY

BEWARE! Their site says cancel at any time and NEVER notes that you can't without at last one (1) more "rebill". They refuse to honor their advertising so a credit card dispute is the only way to get a refund of a "rebill" they have processed. AND...there is nowhere on the site when you log in to cancel a "subscription". SCAM!!!

Total scam. Don't buy from them. The product never comes. When you try to cancel, they tell you that you have to have a second shipment. I wrote an email stating I did not authorize my card to be charged again and asked for a copy of the agreement. They quickly cancelled my 'subscription '

This took a very long time to arrive I ordered 2 different products and received something entirely different. The only info on the box and the bottle says Dermal Concentrate. No list of ingredients! Very simple instructions. No return address. It could be corn oil for all I know. My skin is very dry so I might give it a try and can always take another shower. Buy something you know, not this!!

I ordered the Actinic Keratosis Correcting Body Oil on August 7 for $38.90. The product page promised a 90-day money-back guarantee, full refund for any reason, no questions asked. The oil arrived with a fragrance not disclosed in the ingredient list.

I requested a refund under their guarantee. They refused 3 times in writing. First they offered 10%, then 40%, while I keep the product. Then they said a full refund requires mailing the unopened bottle to a warehouse in Yiwu, China at my expense. Their guarantee tells you to use the oil daily for 90 days. Their return policy demands it unopened. The 2 policies cancel each other out. No refund path exists by design.

The order also enrolled me in a monthly subscription. They refused to cancel it twice, claiming their policy requires 1 more billing first. Federal rules require cancellation to be as easy as signup. I had to revoke authorization through my bank and get a new card.

Worth knowing before you buy: this domain went live around June 2026, yet the site claims 25,000+ happy customers, and the testimonial photos carry AI image generator filenames.

I've disputed the charge with my bank, reported the company to the FTC and moved on. Save yourself the hassle.
